Earlier this year I had some aftermarket brake pads fitted to my wife's Audi A1 at which point I noticed a distinct rattle from the front end of the car when going over bumps. I took the car to Audi who diagnosed that the aftermarket brake pads, fitted by ATS Frome were ill fitting and causing the rattle, I then had to fork out £270 to Audi to fit the correct pads. I engaged with ATS HQ on the 07 Nov and after some toing and froing was advised that I'd be given a refund of the £144.99 I'd paid for the defective pads, I waited a few weeks and didn't hear anything so emailed them - No response..... I then called to be told that nothing had been done about complaint or the refund etc, I have now emailed and called on many occasions to be told, they'd call back or sort out the refund which has never arrived. The service, or absolute lack of service I've had from the ATS HQ is utterly disgusting. I have always been a loyal customer of ATS and have spent an awful lot of money on performance tyres etc, which will now stop. I'd add that the staff at ATS in Frome, Somerset are fantastic, however have been let down by the laziness and tomfoolery at their HQ.

That an additional tyre, which had an undiscovered gash, was able to be replaced at the same time as two pre-ordered tyres were fitted. This was very helpful, as I needed to make a long journey later that day.

Fast efficient service with added bonus of digital check up and visual inspection of car .Brought car in for inspection unannounced and booked car for exhaust replacement next morning.Staff very helpful.

ATS Frome.

Had been booked in for Oil Service and AirCon next week. Unfortunately phoned to say the air-con machine had broken down.

That said they had the space then to bring forward the oils service by nearly a week to TODAY. Dropped in on my way home from work. Oil and filter changed and im on my way within the hour.

A promise to call as soon as they can get me back in for the Air Con.
