ATS at Saffron Walden have definitely gone above and beyond for our two cars recently!
The tyre pressure warning light in my Toyota Supra kept coming on. Aaron successfully identified a screw that had embedded in the tyre and repaired it. He then advised on refilling the tyres with Nitrogen as the pressure varies less with temperature. All the work was completed very professionally and potentially saved me a lot not having to buy a new tyre! We then returned in our CHR for Jason & Aaron to also put nitrogen in the tyres. They noted that the front tyres were only 2mm depth and so needed replacing urgently. Jason recommended ordering online to save money. The tyres were delivered and fitted, again a great job. Jason and Aaron are a great team. They are professionals, great customer service and I will recommend to all my friends! A credit to the ATS Company!!!

need tyres urgently gave them a call told me to come as soon asap. there in 1/2hr gave me a price, started straight away fitted two front tyres and tracked front wheels show me computer print out before and after excellent. Made me a coffee which was just as good as the rest of the service. will use again.

Fantastic service from Jason and Aaron. Jason was very helpful when I rang following my argument with a pothole and they were on hand to take delivery of my car from the rescue service. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. If I lived locally I would certainly visit them for any future work.

Friendly service, quickly sorted new tyres for my car.

Booked car in online for 2 tyres. Got date 4 days ahead. Turned up and all shut, no sign on door, nothing. Went back next day, same again....called customer services and was told it's due to staff shortages. No email telling me, nowt. Very shoddy.

Just used them to sort out a puncture. As always they were very helpful, informative and professional. Excellent service all round.
