I’ve been thinking of purchasing titanium cutting boards recently. In reviewing your boards, I decided the price was worth the chance. The board is exactly as you described. Does not dull the knives, food doesn’t slip on the board, no marks left in the board after cutting, easy cleanup and takes very little space for storage.
I’ve gotten rid of my other boards and will be purchasing additional boards as I have the money to do so. Delivery of the boards was satisfactory packaged well and delivered in a reasonable amount of time. Had a great experience with this company.

Great customer service! When I had a checkout issue, they were right there to make it right and went above and beyond. The cutting boards are excellent quality. Great choice if you're trying to get away from using plastics and bacteria-laden wooden boards.

They are OK. No sides to catch liquid runoff so it makes a mess on my counter. My daughter refuses to use them as they make a scraping noise which affects her migraines. I probably would have just as happy to simply replace my current cutting boards with wood or plastic periodically. They don't cost that much when purchased at Ross Dress for less. 160.00 was an extremely huge investment for something I am 'eh' about.

The cutting boards are great. I also purchased the knifes which are great as well. I was supposed to receive free gifts with the purchase, they didn’t arrive with my purchase. I contacted Auntie Rue and they put me on their priority waiting list to receive the gifs. At this time I have not receive anything. I’m concerned the gifts will never arrive. I’m beginning to think the program is somewhat of a scam. Could you please respond. Thank you. Mike

It took a few weeks and they had a touchy click that added a knife set I did not want. I was able to cancel the extra knife set, and it was credited to my card. I like the cutting boards and they are very easy to clean.

This company has unethical business practices and I hope my experience will help others avoid frustration and save $.

I was snookered by an online "article" that seemed legit - unfortunately, I can't find it again though I've combed my browser history. The writer claimed to do independent testing of all cutting board types and determined titanium was best. Then it claimed that their brother-in-law was a restaurant inspector and recommended a company called Auntie Rue's, which unfortunately only sold commercial grade titanium products to restaurants. However since the publication of this "article", so many people had contacted this company that they agreed to make cutting boards for the public and I could even get a discount. How generous.

Here's what happened:

I placed an order for the "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" of the large cutting board size and then was dumb enough to watch the folksy video and chose to add on the knife set.

When I finally received my order, the "free" cutting board was the small size and there were 2 knives missing from a box clearly made for 8 knives. After contacting the company, I was told the free board is always the small size and it says that on their website. I can't find any such notice in even the small print on that website and if you look at the verbiage, it is implicit that the free board will be the same size as the other two - on one part of the website, it's even broken out as the same per board charge for all 3 boards and they explain why it isn't like that on the receipt; which also does not note the size of the free board. Tricky.

They then claimed that they had to ship the other two knives separately "for safety reasons", however, the box the knives come in is made for 8 knives, not 6, and the two additional ones they sent were in no box at all, so unsure how that is safer. And they didn't ship the other two until I reached out to the company. I received a separate tracking email at that time, not before, so feel safe in calling that claim a lie.

They also claim to have a 60-day money back guarantee. I did find the small print on this one and it's only available if there is a defect, not if your experience sucks because you bought a product from liars.

As I read after the fact, other reviewers said the company adds on a subscription service for $24.95/month and you have to "deselect" it at checkout. It wasn't on my final order form and I didn't remember seeing anything about it, so I didn't think I needed to be concerned. It wasn't added to my overall total either. Imagine my surprise when my "14-day trial period" ended and I was charged in July and again in August for this subscription service. After reaching out again, I was told that they would only refund my August charge. I had to threaten to dispute with my credit card company before they refunded July.

Finally, I will share how utterly naive I am to not realize earlier that it seems their customer service is entirely AI-generated. I'm guessing everyone receives an email from "Sarah" who seems super friendly and has posted work hours but sometimes answers outside of those hours.

The products:

The cutting boards are very thin, not like the picture on the website. They are lightweight and work fine though we've since read that, despite claims to the opposite, titanium cutting boards do dull knives faster than wood. My husband, who is the cook, refuses to use it except maybe for raw meat. My friend took the small one and is more concerned about bacteria than we are - and likes it.

The knives seem to be really nice - beautiful wood (?) handles, decorated blades, and very sharp. We've only had them for about a month, so no information yet on long term performance, but my husband really likes them, so that is why I gave two stars instead of one.

I hope this review is helpful. I think the product is probably fine but the company has highly unethical business practices and, in my opinion, are liars. Since these days lying seems like an accepted way of operating in both business and politics, perhaps some will say I should have expected this. I am old enough to believe that companies should not be allowed to get away with that kind of behavior and hope my review helps even one person choose another company.

P.S. According to the internet, Auntie Rue's was never a wholesale supplier of industrial kitchen products, so that "article" I read was likely AI-generated slop from the company. I'm sorry I don't have a link for reference.

Easy shopping experience. Product seems as advertised. My knives are not dulling. The only negative is that the edges of the board and, in particular, the handle cutout are a bit sharp. They are smooth and don't cut; they're just a tad uncomfortable.

Customer Service answered all my many questions and helped me order exactly what we needed.
We love our titanium boards and now have them in almost every size. They take up no space when storing them.
It's a relief to know they can be cleaned and reused as often as we want.

My family loves these well made cutting boards. The cutting boards are still holding up well and thankful to have less risk of food poisoning which is more common with wood or plastic cutting boards. The only thing I wish it was more clear about was an additional newsletter/recipes you are choosing to pay for that they charge you for when purchasing their items. When I did reach out about being charged the monthly fee for something I didn't want, they did remove that perk that I didn't want. Be careful you don't check the wrong box when ordering.

First off, I have never experienced such personalized and exceptional customer service with any company, ever. Like everyone, I was skeptical of everything, but I have 5 kids and spend ALOT of time in the kitchen. I was getting so tired of my cutting boards; the wooden ones had mold on them, and the plastic ones never felt clean, especially the ones for chicken, meat, and fish. These cutting boards (I ordered one of each size) truly live up to the challenge of daily use, multiple washings (I would recommend washing by hand), and even being left dirty overnight. They have visible knife marks on them but no deep grooves and, most importantly, are mold-free. They wash easily and always feel clean. I have metal countertops which aren't even, and I find that they are steady and don't slip; my old plastic ones slipped around a lot more than these. I ordered the knives also and absolutely love them. There is a variety of different sizes, they are sharp and beautifully crafted. I highly recommend this company and their products. The costumer service is fantastic!

I ordered 3 titanium cutting boards and a knife set. My original order got stuck in transit, therefore I reached out via email. I heard back from an employee as well as the Co-founder and my order was sent again. My original order never arrived like they thought they would, however my order arrived the second time and I've been using these knives and cutting boards for months. I love them!

The titanium cook sheet was very good to use.

Wonderful company to deal with. They reply very quickly if there’s a problem. The product is very nice. The only thing that could make it better would be a lip in it to hug your counter. Also a bit sharp on the edges but I do love it anyways

Nice to have boards that are suppose to be non bacterial and clean up nice, but I am not liking how they look. You can see all the knife cutting marks on them and they are so full that I have to hide them in my drawer and not display on my kitchen cupboard

It took a month for me to get my order even though the site say 4-9 days. The tracking with Auntie Rue says it ships from Japan but the shipper says they shipped from China. I have only use one of the cutting boards and it scratches so easy. The knifes are sharp but they do not appear to be true Damascus steel. I am very disappointed in my purchase. I do not recommend these products, buy local so ypu know what you're getting.

Quality titanium cutting boards. I ordered three sizes and got a fourth free. Took some getting used to the sound. Then I saw a suggestion to place a kitchen towel (or a damp papter towel) under the titanium board and the sound is much like a wooden cutting board. So easy to clean, take up virtually no space, and no fear of contamination. Love the titanium boards from AuntieRues.

Love how I can use it without worrying about plastics getting in my food. Popping it the dishwasher doesn’t take hardly any room and comes out squeaky clean.

The company provides continual communications throughout the purchase which is appreciated. I was skeptical at furst buying a titanium cutting board as i have good knives - byt as promised, titanium is very friendly and fies not harm the knives. I like how its so essy to clean and i dont worry about it retaining bacteria ir giving off micro-plastics.
