Awful insurance talk down to you like an idiot awful people and unfair stay away!!!!

Smiley at customer service was incredibly helpful and attentive to my issue. Had an issue contacting a supervisor and when putting me on hold made sure multiple times if I was okay waiting for it which I was. Her call back was efficient and she helped me more than I can say.

Do not use this company, customer service and telematics technology is terrible.
I have previously had telematic devices installed on my car from other insurers without issue.
Since switching to Aura had nothing but technical issues with differing devices and they are now threatening to cancel my policy claiming interference from my mobile phone despite trying multiple device options and working with their technical team on several occasions.
They are telling me if THEY cancel the policy they will not refund the 15% commission approx £243.75 they have taken on the policy as apparently it is my fault so i will be massively out of pocket, but very 'kindly' offered to waive the cancellation fee for them to cancel my policy.
Avoid like the plague. Feel as though i have been totally miss sold this policy.

Big thank you to Shazia your customer advisor for sorting out a very stressful situation. She listened to my issue which I was having with my son’s insurance. She reassured me that she would help and get it sorted kept me on the phone till it was. Great customer service !!

Naomi provided a very informative customer service

I cancelled my insurance with them, they issued a certificate of cancellation but ended up not telling the finance provider who ended up charging me two extra months. They say it will be refunded and it’s a error on their end but they’ve been clueless

Very easy and professional

I’m really sorry can’t remember the ladies name but she was polite and was amazing with giving the information I was needing and explaining things when I wasn’t fully understanding them.

Poor Customer service, 30 mins on hold at least everytime, hidden charges for backing out, and complicated features to insurance compared to others.
