I had a satellite system and twin reversing cameras fitted to my motorhome, Tyrone arrived on time and did a brilliant job, well pleased with the work and was shown how it all worked, I would definitely use this company again

We recently had a solar panel fitted to our Motorhome by this Company.
From our first contact with them we found their communication and advice to be helpful and knowledgable.
On arriving to start the job we found Tyrone and his son to be pleasant, professional and efficient and we are very happy with the completed work.

Tyrone and Dylan fitted a Maxxfan to our pride and joy caravan. Completed in under 2 hours, very neat job and clearly very knowledgeable and experienced. Detailed and unrushed demonstration upon completion. Very happy and would certainly recommend. Be aware that for first class service there’s inevitably a wait.

Excellent service from ordering to installation, Tyrone was friendly and the whole installation of our Gaslow system only took just over a hour. Nationwide mobile is the way to go. Will be recommending them.

This is a company which claims it responds quickly to customer orders.Talk is obviously cheap! Here are the facts about my experience:
16 March - Wednesday 3:30 pm - placed order and had to pay full £474 for the supply and installation of a Maxxair Fan. No acknowledgement of order received.
21 March - Monday 4:30pm wrote to owner, Tyrone, expressing disappointment that I had heard nothing from the company. (3 whole working days after placing the order).
21 March - 6:15pm Tyrone responded saying he cancelled the order.
29 March - Tuesday 11:40am - 8 days later finally received refund after having chased up Tyrone twice for payment.
It was a very immature response to a customer with a genuine grievance and I expect his response to be equally immature. I will never deal with Autoadditions, or Tyrone Burgess, ever again!

Excellent service and quality installation

Great service from Tyrone who fitted a new 150w solar panel to our Motorhome. All looks to be operating, yet to try it out in anger! Will definitely use the company again and would not hesitate in recommending.

Tyrone who runs this company is highly skilled. He fitted a Maxview satellite dish on my motor home located in North Devon. I could not speak more highly of Autoadditionsnationwide.
