I diddent get the stuff i order and after contact the sent the order again soo all good in the end

I bought 4D reg plates from Autobeam as a birthday gift and they turned up with jagged notches and "nibs" all over the letters. I sent clear photos of the defects and they didn't even have the decency to apologise. Instead, they just kept insisting "there is no fault" and tried to tell me it was just the protective film.

When I proved it was a physical notch in the plastic, they told me this is their "standard manufacturing finish." If a jagged, messy cut is their standard, then their quality is rubbish.

The worst part is I didn't even ask for a refund at first. Since it was a birthday gift, I just asked them to swap the faulty 4D plates for a standard printed set so the person actually had something to put on their car. They completely ignored me. They just kept sending a link to a return portal where I have to pay the postage myself to return their faulty goods.

They don't listen, they don't care, and they won't even say sorry. Save your money and go to a company that actually looks at the photos you send them.

Purchased 2 sets of led h4 bulbs, all 4 have packed in after a short period , the replacements only lasted just over a week and now the very poor customer services will not do anything to help, never again and I will never promote your products, cheap Chinese crap. You’ve now replied to my review and you state that you have found the order and because you state they are over 3 years old and out of warranty, funny that Iv only the vehicle for just over a year, you’re replacements have only lasted a week and you expect me to send them back to you while you investigate what the faults are with the bulbs , I don’t buy bulbs for me to send them back to you and wait weeks whilst you investigate , so they are still in warranty but il cut my losses and won’t use you again , terrible customer services , putting phone down on a customer is not very professional either.

Not very pleased with h11 switchbacks 1 died and was told by cs you can't buy separately, not good autobeam😱 why should I pay another £50-75 for another set this has totally put me off this company certainly not worth the money for the time they lasted, No future purchases from me Especially when there are other company's doing these at half the price need to up you'r game and drop you're prices and start selling separately or make them last as its very rare for bulbs go and fail in pairs 😡

So u are calling your member of staff Lee a lier when he said on the phone when he looked i had ordered the hid ones and for the warranty on bulbs you dont honour it how can I send the back when it has been a year since I put them in the bin because u did not want to no i won't recommend you two any1 my advice is two stay away look at people reviews the bulbs don't last cheap chinese good luck in your business but I wont be using use and people i no i will tell not to you are saying now you will help because I left bad review no thanks keep your stuff that don't last a year chep bulbs from halfords last longer

My purchase arrived less than 24 hours after ordering. The Dipped Beam lights I bought fitted directly to my Mk7.5 Ford Fiesta in less than 10 minutes. The performance of the LED's is far superior to the halogen one's that were originally on the car. Very simple to replace. Only issue is that there was no notice in the event if the LED does not light to ensure that the spade connector is in the correct orientation to the plug on the LED. Otherwise 5 star service and product

Excellent quality. The only reason for not 5* was for the price tag I would have expected some info about how the led should be orientated as once fitted they can be rotated so wasn’t sure what the correct position was.

I bought a drl kit for a fiesta mk8.5 that it doesn’t fit. They sell a kit that doesn’t fit at all and in order to return the item back I will have to pay for transporting out of my pocket including that I paid shipping that I won’t get my money back and also I paid customs. In total i lost 85€ and they don’t cover.

Bought LED H7 from autobeam. They were great for about 3 months, and then stopped working. Even the replacements sent out to me stopped working after 3-4 months.

After some research I realised they are just white labelling products (basically selling cheap Chinese products but rebranding it with their own packaging).

I wouldnt recommend buying from here.
