Great LED upgrades for your vehicle, LEDs are super bright and very well made compared to some cheaper options on the market. Very well packaged and super easy to fit, would highly recommend.

spent a lot of money on led bulbs, one was faulty, no contact email to communicate you have to use face book or messenger which i did. no response from them.
so have lost my money and no form of returning.
do not use them due to lack of response you will lose your money

Purchased a 4D black logo for my Ford Focus MK4.5. The logo is a perfect fit and seems to be well made. This was considerably cheaper than other alternatives, but appears to be high quality. Replacing the logo is not a 5 minute job, you need to take care and get the spacing accurate. The end result is well worth it. I would highly recommend Autobeam and will definitely shop with them again.

Great product and brilliant service.

I ordered the LED DRL module with very high expectations. It was advertised as plug and play, fault-free, and superior to the OEM DRLs. One of the product photos even clearly showed a Ford Transit Custom, which is exactly why I bought it.

It took over a month to arrive due to customs delays. As soon as it showed up, I installed it—only to find out it’s an absolute joke. The lights work whenever they feel like it—sometimes one turns on, sometimes none, sometimes both. Totally unreliable. And the brightness? Half of what the original DRLs produce.

Then I try to return the damn thing, only to discover—tucked away in fine print—that it’s not even compatible with the Ford Transit. And worse: no returns accepted. Seriously? You use a Transit Custom in your promo photos, yet the product doesn't work on it and you conveniently hide that fact? That’s deliberately misleading, if not outright dishonest.

Thanks for nothing—€210 straight down the drain.

Absolutely fantastic service from Autobeam with my last order!
I mistakenly ordered the wrong shade of bulb that I wanted (my fault, I know). One quick message to customer service, and they managed to find my order prior to despatch, and change the bulbs over. They could have got me to return them, and resend, but Autobeam went the extra mile and got the order sorted out with excellent efficiency.
5 stars is not enough to say how impressed I was!

Frustrated, I bought LED H7 Micro Dipped Beam Unit for my fiesta 7.5 when they were on sale. Fitting was fine but noticed quickly they weren't very bright, talked to customer service about this and they mentioned it might be a battery issue affecting the voltage. Took it to my mechanic and they said my battery was good health and the unit should be okay to run. Got back to customer service to say this and then they say the unit I bought was dimmable? I don't have any dimmable settings for my car so the recommended me buying another product on site to correct it? I have since bought some off Amazon which were cheaper and work better. Sending them back to autobeam would have cost me postage so not much point. Please mention on the product that they are dimmable. Waste of money for me.

I have bought several different light upgrades for my car over the years with Autobeam. Each time the items have been great quality. From searching on the website to delivery their service has been brilliant with no issues.

Phenomenal company with even better products. Had loads from AutoBeam over the past few years, and their products are second to none. I’ve only ever had 1 problem which was easily rectified by them within 24 hours.

customer service is non existant and please dont make the mistake of sending the items back as they will just keep them and not refund you !.
the system they have created is designed to fraustrate you in to giving up...

I've used Autobeam products for years, first on my 2013 Focus ST, and then also on my 2017 Focus ST. Customer since 2018, and I always come back to Autobeam, not just for Ford's either. I've had the D3S LED headlights in since 2021 and they've been the best purchase I've made. Autobeams customer service has always been excellent, wether for returns or a bit of help.

Nearly all the bulbs I’ve purchased have issues, considering how much I’ve spent with Autobeam and how expensive the bulbs are they haven’t lasted long at all, my DRL sometimes are ok and sometimes when I put my lights on one side will stop working, my headlights one side has stopped working and when it does work it flickers.

I don’t like leaving negative feedback but if I would’ve known about the issues before hand I definitely wouldn’t have spent as much as I have done with Autobeam purchasing bulbs that don’t work.

Website is very easy to use, especially on the mobile being able to pay with Apple Pay.
Purchased a LED D3S which came next day and worth the money
Easy to fit and brightest lights on the road with no errors

Delivered within a few days, and the new fog lamp bulbs were relatively easy to fit (to our 6.1 VW California. No dash errors, and they look much better than the yellow halogens, and with more effective night vision.

The process from ordering, scheduling my delivery and receiving it was brilliant. No issues with delivery and the product is really good and effective

Very happy with my LED H11 foglights. Look great and give much more brightness.
Fit well and no errors in the car display.
