Excellent service ! A no pressure atmosphere where it was a pleasure to purchase from.
The range of cars is there for all budgets and are really competitively priced. Jacob looked after us and sorted any niggles with minimal fuss.
I'd recommend this garage to anyone.

I’ve dealt with Jabob over the last week and from start to finish he has been amazing in the sale of my new car! Professional and friendly, best car salesman I’ve deal with to date

Purchased my first car from Autopark Durham. All the staff were extremely approachable and friendly and was able to buy a car I love quickly with no complications thanks to their efficient service. Highly recommend.

Not great. Car had numerous faults that needed addressing. Process far more difficult than it needed to be and customer service was shocking. We ended up taking advice from trading standards to try and resolve the issues. We won’t be returning and couldn’t recommend.

Will was very helpful from start to finish, very happy with my new car!

Dom made our experience great he made sure the pickup was all ready and looking great. Before we made our drive from Scotland to pick it up. I would recommend using Autopark uk Durham.

Excellent throughout. Bought and part exchange online. Collected, car as sold. Staff very helpful, on the phone and in person.

Dom was a pleasure to deal with deal with. We had a laugh and everything went smoothly with no issues. We had everything sorted for us exactly like he said it would be.

The guys were very helpful and friendly. Everything was explained fully. Would highly recommend

Very Friendly Garage, Dom very helpful, Easy purchase and nice to work with

Purchased my new car here and Im really happy with the car. I had great service from Jacob, very quick, efficient and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great team who have made buying a new car so easy and stress free. Hannah and Jacob have been wonderful!

Very fast service, good sales people. No pressure! Hopefully the car lives up to expectations!

picked up my car after a second repair had been completed from the first repair not being completed correctly to find there was oil all over the steering wheel and the drivers seat this was very disappointing. The car seats should have been covered whilst repairs where taking place and obviously the mechanic did not put any covers on seats or wire gloves whilst moving my car.
This was not how i expected to collect my car.

Great place to buy a car. A nice easy transaction from start to finish, they kept me well informed at every stage of the process. Thanks for all your assistance Jacob

Just picked up yet another used car from Autopark (my 4th).
