I've made multiple purchases from Bill and AVAlive. The staff has always been great and Bill has answered my technical questions anytime I had them. Shipping has always been prompt. My last purchase was a Blackmagic Design ATEM HD2. It's been great. The new design of the HD2 is a huge +. We use this switcher for a television program. It works beautifully. Will gladly purchase again from AVAlive.

Bill & his staff at Avalive treated us 1st class, being that we were walking in new territory we paid for the customer support package & Bill walked us through every step even after hours when he had a dinner date with family. Not only was Avalive knowledgeable & fair priced but always with a pleasant attitude. We are now up and operating happily with the Black Magic 4k 8 camera switcher & streaming with the software that Avalive also recommended , installed & trained us to use. THANK YOU

Just FYI to anyone: I made a bulk order and all of the products that were to be delivered by UPS. Three of the products never showed. I contacted AVAlive and they immediately had new products sent out.

I was looking to rent a Tricaster Mini for a fundraising event that I wanted to cover with three cameras. Avalive was the only place I could find that would rent a Tricaster so I called to inquire. Bill C. indicated that, for what I was trying to do and the distances involved, the Tricaster was an unreliable option. He recommended the Blackmagic ATEM switcher and provided me with a high-quality set-up at a reasonable price. This turned out to be the right decision and the equipment came promptly and worked perfectly. Ordered Chief Mounts from these guys often and if their was ever a delivery issue they always notified me in a timely fashion. Pricing is always better than the usual places and shipping has always been free . Only wish is that sometimes the tracking get stuck in spam but that's probably a fed ex issue.

I bought a product on here and tried to return it. Be weary of their advertisement and read their guidelines thoroughly, they will post a photo of a product and sell only a piece of it. Unlike other online shopping, there are no warnings on their advertisement. They're not a company for customers, they are about their profits. The customer service was super rude and disrespectful because I wanted to return it. I figure, they're not paying them enough to stay on board. The shipping was twice as much as the product I bought so I paid for it. Terrible way to run a business. Never going to order from this place again.

If you look at the reviews giving 5 stars they are very brief...meaning they are probably fake and made by the company. The bad reviews sound more realistic than the good ones. This is how scandalous they are, having to make up fake good reviews for themselves.

Be prepared, the company will work with you until you make an order, then they are gone.
No reply for questions, and you feel as you are dealing with a utility company, not a business company.
When you finally get connected with the same customer service person you were connected before, the answer is:
Sorry, we get a lot of spams e-mails per day.
This is despite the e-mails sent were for sure not spams.
Their replies is so unprofessional and almost like doing you a favor by replying.

As I said, just like a utility company.
They got their payment, and now you mean a lot less until the next bill

Quick and reliable. If you have any problems do the live chat on their website or call them. They will bend over backwards to make you happy.

I ordered 2 pieces of equipment from AV Alive. The deal was the best I had seen online and i was skeptical. I called and spoke with a representative who reassured me I would be receiving the items advertised. Upon receiving my package I was given 2 inferior pieces of equipment than I had ordered. They were not the pictured items. When I called and complained they said that they accidentally had the wrong pictures up and the wrong description of the item. They then changed the pictures online and the description. I told them I would like to return the items because they were not what I ordered, what was described, or what was pictured before they modified the website. They told me they would accept the gear back but would charge me 33% of the price. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

"Have bought many items from AValive totaling thousands and outside of having to wait a few days for my trucking items due to weather I have never had anything but a good experience. If any issues arose like a damaged product that arrived once It was quickly handled and replaced, I will continue to use these guys for my Middle Atlantic AV racks and gear since their pricing is good and I can always get my rep on the phone."

I rented before and was not happy but I was desperate and it had been 2 years so I thought I would give them a shot again but it was just as bad as the first time. Woman who answers the phone is never pleasant. They didn't carry the product I wanted that was listed on the site anymore but they did have the next model up for $200 more so I was forced to take that one. Then they waited too long to ship it so I had to pay double what I expected for shipping. Then when I got the product parts of it didn't work and they didn't tell me before I got it. Then when I called and asked him why he would send something that wasn't fully functioning he said that as a common thing with this product and that all of them are like that. NOT TRUE I have rented several of these and the ports worked on all of the previous ones. He was talking to me like I was an idiot! NEVER AGAIN!

Want to thank you for the help you provided me yesterday in regard to my IPhoto problem. Have recovered all photos and I am busy sorting them into albums. Will soon be in market for new Apple MacPro/Intel Xeon Processor. Since I am impressed with your service and knowledge, you would be the first I would seek out.

I ordered some Sanus 36" speaker stands, model number NF36-MO1. Avalive had the best price on the web. The only buying glitch was that I did not receive a confirmation e-mail, but when I inquired after a few days about the order, Rebecca immediately sent me the e-mail she said was sent earlier. No big deal, it may have been an e-mail server problem.

The package came double boxed with free shipping 8 days from order. The mocho stained wood stands look great next to our dark brown leather sofa with dark wood trim.

2 iPad 2s ordered. Only one made it due to FedEx losing one. Customer service was awesome and made sure I had the 2nd one in time for Christmas. Best deal for them online. And great customer service.
