From the moment you place your order it becomes the most important thing in the world to us. The Avenue 85 warehouse team will be busy picking and packing your order and will hand it over to the Courier on the same working day (order must be placed by 3.30pm). Your parcel will be at your doorstep between 2-3 days (standard delivery), 1-2 days (express delivery) or choose Next Day delivery.
We hope you love your purchase. If not, no problem. We have made our returns process nice and easy where you have 60 days from date of purchase to return your item for a refund or exchange.

Refund was not in full
I recently purchased some Reef flip flops that were too tight so I unfortunately had to return them.
I was expecting a refund in full for the price of the flip flops but this has not happened and it has been reduced due to charging for return postage (although they supplied the returns label) and VAT being deducted.

We completely understand how important it is to receive a clear and fair refund when returning an item. As outlined in our returns policy, return postage costs are deducted when using the prepaid label we provide, which is why the refund amount may be lower than the original purchase price.
Regarding VAT, please rest assured that VAT is not removed from your refund—any difference you’re seeing will be due to the return postage fee rather than a deduction of tax.
