I recently purchased a monitor from AV Parts Master and I couldn’t be happier with the service.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The monitor arrived quickly, was well packaged, and was exactly as described. Communication was clear, the price was fair, and everything felt professional and reliable.
It’s always reassuring when a company does exactly what it says it will do, and AV Parts Master delivered a great experience. I would happily buy from them again and would definitely recommend them to others.

Not Next day delivery
Orders made before 4pm are not actually prepared for next day delivery. Dont rely on this even if they call you to confirm item has been shipped as they do not provide relyable information. Customer services have been of little to no help. If you need goods to be delivered by a set date best to go elsewhere.

These guys go above and beyond in their service. I ordered this because they had the projector at a good price online and appeared reputable. Before they dispatched, they phoned me to check I knew the requirements for a screen (which I did, but may well not have known). The purchase was for a Hisense Ultra-Short-Throw. They were keen to let me know they could also pick up queries. Truly grateful to see internet purchases meet old school, actual care and attention from customer service.

Outstanding service, above and beyond!
Erik has assisted greatly with obtaining an item that was difficult to source. He went well above and beyond to assist me, including sourcing potential alternatives, and offering a full refund if I wished. I was ordering from abroad so we had some difficulties connecting at first, but once we got on the phone things went wonderfully, and he was incredibly pleasant and helpful. He was ultimately able to source the item I was after, which is going to make somebody special to me very happy.

We recently had AVPartsmaster come out…
We recently had AVPartsmaster come out to install two 75” iiyama screens with OPS units, and they did an excellent job from start to finish.
A special mention as well to Scott Parker from the sales team, who arranged everything and made the whole process straightforward and well organised.
Ollie and Luke carried out the installation professionally and efficiently, ensuring everything was set up correctly and fully tested before they left. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly took pride in their work, which really showed in the quality of the installation.
The screens look fantastic and are working perfectly.
Thank you to Scott, Ollie, and Luke – highly recommended and a great service all round.

Premium customer service
I was looking for a 27" 4k monitor with USB-C docking for home office use. The preference was a Dell S2725QC, but Dell lead time was in excess of 5 weeks and they couldn't even suggest a delivery date until I had paid. Needless to say I looked elsewhere.
I found AV Parts Master had this monitor listed at a cheaper price. I rang them and spoke to a wonderful lady called Ellie, who confirmed they had some arriving within a week. She also mentioned they had a similar iiyama monitor in stock and sent me a full comparison of the 2 monitors. Decided on the Dell and placed the order online and Ellie said she would email me as soon as it was available for dispatch.
One week later a received an email from Ellie with the Parcelforce Express24 tracking number, and received the monitor the next day at lunchtime. The monitor was up and running within the hour and very pleased with it.
The service I received from Ellie at AV Parts Master was exemplary from start to finish and it made the purchase a really great experience. Their website is now on my favourites list.

I ordered a screen floor stand and then realised an hour after placing the order online it wasn't suitable for the screen I had.
Called them up and spoke with Aidan who was extremely helpful. He paused the order found a solution and amended the order. A great experience and would order from them again.

Exceptional Accountability and a First-Class Resolution
I recently had a complex issue regarding a monitor specification that didn't match the initial advice I was given. While errors can happen in any business, the true test of a company is how they handle them.
I was incredibly impressed with the level of service I received from AV Partsmaster. My case was handled by Tom Donegan, who took personal accountability for the mistake. He didn’t just apologize; he went above and beyond to find a solution that worked for me, securing management approval for a very fair resolution on an upgraded model. Crucially, he also arranged for the collection of the original unit and the delivery of the new one entirely at the company’s expense.
The new unit is now set up and working perfectly. It’s rare to find a company that prioritizes customer satisfaction over their own 'bottom line' quite like this. Professional, communicative, and highly recommended. A big thank you to Tom and the team for turning a frustrating situation into a very positive experience.
