AYPO REAL ESTATE CO AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! No wonder they’ve 1.2stars over rating. They don’t report your completion and will report after license is overdue even though you complete 14hr continuing education on time. Their course is too confusing, customer service is impossible to reach and chat option is non existent.

terrible customer service, terrible class platform, terrible! sold me a class for a state water certification then state contacted me saying that they couldn't count all hours because of AYPO issue

I bought it, and it didn't have audio, so I requested a refund as advertised by them. But I never got my refund. They never even replied to my email.

Do not use this company. they will not answer emails, answer your phone calls, and lock you out of your course entirely. It did not prepare me for my exam. DO NOT USE. USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY AND SAVE YOUR MONEY.

I am literally in the process of filing a lawsuit against them right now. They claim to have "lost" my progress that I spent DOZENS of hours logging in the necessary hours for! This destroyed ALL my progress. On top of that I lost all the money I gave for babysitting during my time I spent studying. This company is NOT trustworthy! Once I confronted them about it on chat messages they completely stopped responding and ignored the issue. So...not ONLY did they lose ALL my progress, but then refused to even acknowledge it or figure out a way to fix it. ONE STAR...DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The WORST real estate continuing education course. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. You will spend way more than 14 hours trying to navigate this course, with mandatory do-overs - if you do not pass the module. Lots of modules to go through and the questions are ridiculous. If you end up re-doing a module, the questions to the exam afterwards are completely different, so there is no point in learning your mistakes the first time around.

When I finally completed and passed all of the modules. AYPO failed to report my course completion to the DPBR in Florida. I had to print out all of my course completion certificates and fax them to the DPBR myself.

My course went unavailable end of December. I sent multiple emails which were all READ and not responded too (For weeks). I called a few times and ended up talking to a "nice" lady. she explained requirements have changed and they were waiting for them to upload etc. and respond times were super long. Once it was changed/uploaded, I started again. I was further a long when it quit and they didn't give me credit for it all, but whatever I need it done. Then today it did THE SAME THING. yet it sends me to a new course I could do. I had 2 things left in my last course (so maybe a couple hours) and now they are saying I have to re due the WHOLE thing. I have two weeks before my license needs renewed and I am LIVID. I WILL NEVER USE THIS WEBSITE AGAIN OR RECOMMEND IT. Which I use to do quite frequently.
DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!!

I wish I had looked up reviews before using them. Course went to currently unavailable status and i can get no response from them. they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails. I will be contacting the state to file a complaint since they should not be on the approved vendor list

This is not at your pace, but so slow that if you need the credits, you will not be successful. I had to buy another course with another company so I would finish. Stay away

I paid for their Mortgage continuing education this morning. I finished the 1st module after three hours and I've been on hold and back and forth with little answer from non English as first language speaking CSR's. I regret using their services. Stay away!!!!!! I've spent more time on hold than I have in the course at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Paid for a real estate education and the coarse freeze due to technical problem. Can’t continue, and nobody answers the phone or returns email. So I just paid them for nothing? What a terrible service

Their taxce course is the worse I have taken over a 15 year period. First they charge you $38 but if you want to download the PDF study guide you have to cough up another $25. They should just charge the full amount up front. Second you will waste hours of time just waiting for each section to go to the next section. So, you sit in front of your PC or Phone and watch the timer move ahead. I figured the time I spent in waiting I could have prepared at least 6 tax returns!! Next the program keeps taking you back to prior sections to complete. Reaching support and getting a satisfactory response is pain staking. You will be better off paying another review course for 5 time the cost than waste your time with this course

They sent me an email saying they reported my CE credits, but they never did. I'm unable to get any help from them and am just disgusted that this business is taking people's money and screwing them over. I'm reporting to the BBB.

I wished I would’ve read the reviews before hand. I took a MLO late CE that wasn’t reported on time. I called several days prior to the deadline and was blown off constantly stating that “give them 24 hours, it’ll be reported. On 2/28(date of the deadline) I spoke with Benjamin who reported that the course was processed at 5:30 pm. After contacting NMLS the company posted the completion under the incorrect file. I missed the deadline and for two weeek have been working to have my license reinstated. Surprisingly Ellen the “supervisor” finally calls me back verbalizing the aren’t responsible for the missed deadline and that I need to provide “screenshots” to support my claims. I actually did something better and contacted NMLS on 3 way where she heard that my CE weren’t submitted by AYPO until 3/6/25. She constantly refuted my claim and demanded that I send in screenshots. Lo and behold I provided those screenshots and she has ghosted me. This company is terrible. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.

Horrible course, no sound only pictures and written notes. They also ask for more money in the middle of the course even though i signed up for the highest package

I have taken a few courses through this school, because it was cheaper, and all were torture. You have to read dry boring material and then take a test at the end. They don't even try to make it interesting. This last course I paid for, expired randomly after 8 months. They did not tell me that when I signed up, nor were there any emails or notification sent that it would expire. After trying to work with their customer support for the full month of January, they wanted me to pay for the course again. No Thank You. I will go elsewhere for my continuing education from now on.

If I could give negative stars I would. This course is torture!!!! It makes you sit through a timer even if you read the course faster you have to sit through the designated time they set. I passed my P&C test at first try with the state but not this course test. I tried 3 times!!! I hate this course with passion will not wish on my worst enemy. Hate it hate it hate hate it. Took me 3 12 hour days to finish it

Horrible Customer Service. I completed a course and they never put a date on the certificate. I almost had my license suspended because of this. I tried calling over many days and many hours and no one answered. Fortunately, my real estate association was empathetic to my situation and let it slide. But really really bad experience. Just read the other reviews and don't make the same mistake I made by using them.

I paid for a complete renewal course. I looked at the all the subjects and most of it was there. I checked the AZ requirements and saw they had the remaining 3 needed listed at $0. So I figured it must come with the course. I finished the course and went to add those into my cart but to no avail. It would give me an error every time. So I messaged in and let them know. The next day they changed it and said they were $9 each... That's an extra $27. I will NEVER use this company again. Bait and switch.
