Great staff
Good friendly staff who were able to assist with numerous requests over the phone from rearranging visits to organising new ones. Positive and friendly assessors who came to site to undertake the assessments. Overall very good staff and communication.

Really informative workplace desk…
Really informative workplace desk assessment. The assessor was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and we have been advised on the most appropriate desk set up for the individual in need. This is a personalised service which should have a tremendous impact on both well-being, and productivity.

The person who came to assess, contacted me 30 min before arriving, he was on time, he was friendly and approachable.
He went over all aspects of my job and the use of equipment I use which I found helpful.

The engineer made me feel comfortable and put me at ease straight away. He showed me how to utilise my chair to its most and set it to suit my needs. I found him to be very polite and reassuring.

Delivery and Set Up
I ordered a chair with delivery and set up, although the box was very difficult to move, perhaps could do with holes for handling for ease, the delivery was on time.
Set up was completed by a Back Care Solutions engineer with little to no effort. The Back Care Solutions engineer went through all the adjustments with me and set the chair to my needs, great service and i would use again. Very friendly service top marks
