I went with this company as they appeared to be a US company. They had phone numbers and emails associated with their domain name. I paid big, the $350.00 prelaunch campaign. Then it started. What keywords do you want? No, I said, you have the backer list, what is going to appeal to them about my project? I gave them my existing ad copy, still, and vid. All they did was lump them together in one big mashup HTML. The way they were talking it sounded like they were just going to run Meta or other ads. I tried to call. The phone does not work. The phone at the parent company 3D Gaming Studios. It did not work. The email here at TrustPilot bounces back. I asked them to provide me with a phone number or to call me. They did not. Supposedly, they are going to refund my money, but it has not hit yet.

I was skeptical at first, but I did notice new backers after email campaigns were sent. The team was very friendly and made an effort to make it work.

Do make sure you clarify your target audience as best as you can - this gives Backersinfo more to work with, increasing the odds of good results.

We're in the middle of the campaign now, I'll update this review once the campaign is done with the definitive results.
