I have never come passed a company who is so understanding and so punctual. I had a issue with my xtreme badger jacket nevertheless.. Leticia went up and beyond to fix this issue and even issued a generous gift coupon. It’s things like this that leave customers like myself coming back😄 thank you so much Leticia for resolving everything.

Fantastic customer service. Thank you Leticia. Ordered a chiller jacket which came in two days, unfortunately there was a an issue with the zipper, I called the day it was received day and a replacement was dispatched same day, before I sent the old one back, the new one arrived 48hrs later. Hassle free and pleasure to deal with. Many thanks

I have recently purchased items from Badger and I will definitely buy from them again.Leticia from customer service is very helpful and keeps you up to date with any unexpected delays. I highly recommend this business.

Badger have the BEST customer service ever (special shout out to Leticia who went above and beyond!) My parcel got delayed at Australia Post and Leticia was onto it! She called the despatch company, my local post offices and kept me up to date each day until I had the parcel in my hands. She even organised freebie products for me due to the hassle. Honestly, I've never had a company call me to ensure I received the products, let alone be so lovely and onto it and keep me up to date with phone calls. The face masks are such good quality as is the amazing work beanie. You guys rock and I'll definitely be buying from you again!

Had the boots I wanted when no-one else did. Lightning quick shipping when I needed it the most, & fantastic customer service too!
