واحد من اسواء البنوك اللي ممكن تتعامل…

واحد من أسوأ البنوك اللي ممكن تتعامل معاها.

أنا مقيم خارج مصر، وحصلت مشكلة في الباسورد وكارت الحساب (الكارت مش معايا أصلًا). تواصلت مع خدمة العملاء لأكتر من أسبوعين، ومفيش أي حل فعلي.

المفاجأة إن الموظف قام بإلغاء الكارت بدون أي طلب مني! وبعدها طلبوا مني أعمل كارت جديد.

لما حاولت أتابع حالة الكارت الجديد، سألوني أسئلة غير منطقية زي “كام الرصيد الحالي؟” — طب أنا أصلًا مش قادر أدخل على الحساب عشان أعرف!

البنك كمان:

لا بيبعت SMS بالمعاملات
ولا بيبعت كشف حساب شهري
ولا فيه أي وسيلة متابعة واضحة

الأسوأ بقى إن فيه تضارب رهيب في كلام الموظفين:
موظفة قالتلي إن حد هيتواصل معايا، وبعدها موظف تاني قاللي بالحرف إنه “مش معترف بيا كعميل” ومفيش حد هيكلمني!

في الآخر، اضطريت أبعث توكيل وأسحب كل فلوسي من البنك، لأن ببساطة مفيش أي أمان أو خدمة حقيقية.

للأسف تجربة سيئة جدًا، وبنصح أي حد خصوصًا المقيمين خارج مصر يتجنب التعامل مع البنك ده تمامًا.

100% don’t recommend banque misr

100% don’t recommend banque misr, one of the worst banks I’ve interacted with…. Horrible customer service, horrible customer care in branches and horrible tellers…. Hated everything to do with them, 100% closing my account with them as soon as possible.

وأكتر من شكوى ورد البنك مع شركة ABS للشحن !!!!
المفروض حعملهم إيه .. إنت كبنك اللي ليك ضغط عليهم مش العميل اللي حيروح يدور
للأسف البنك ضعيف جداا في السيطره والمتابعة
إن شاء الله يكون آخر تعامل معاكم

This is the worst bank ever

This is the worst bank ever! I used the atm for a foreign currency exchange the atm took my dollars and didn’t give me the Egyptian pounds back. I opened a case and went to the bank to get my money they refuse to help. The staff are rude and inconsiderate and refuse to help. Being a foreigner we need fast and reliable services. This bank is useless, the manager can’t even speak English let alone assist.

Horrible bank

Horrible bank, ZERO knowledge, ZERO customer support, ZERO technical information, ZERO transparency, ZERO technology, ZERO understanding: Whether of their own system and rules, the general laws and regulation of the banking services in general)
Their major problem is they never understand any of the customer needs, and even if they do, they are unable to explain or they are stuck with the missleading system that can not provide clear information about simplest needs such as the statements of the accounts..
Too many incidents of missleading information that i received from different customer services agents that led to loosing big chunks of my money towards the unexplained hidden fees... They were always working to maximize their profits even if these actions were illegal...
I spent 22 years of my professional career as a banker in multinational banks, with my last post was Executive Vice President of the Corporate and Investment Banking Services... so I do know and understand what banking is all about...
Will never recommend dealing with this ignorant bank.

Their machine cheated me out of 100…

Their machine cheated me out of 100 euros, which they admitted.
I filed a complaint and was supposed to receive an SMS within 5 days.
They never sent an SMS.
They dragged out the case until I had returned to Europe.
They refuse to transfer the money they owe me.
I can only get my money back by showing up in Egypt!
They are a bunch of scammers who deliberately cheat tourists.

Bad customer service

It is soo difficult to get a problem resolved I spent 3 hours at the branch in mall of Egypt yesterday left thinking all was sorted and today I'm told my card is not valid
How can a bank be soo bad at banking services

Poor Transparency and Hidden Fees – Avoid This Bank!

I am extremely disappointed with this bank’s unethical fee structure. They charge 220 per month for the account but do not disclose it clearly—it doesn’t even appear in the regular statements! Worse, they only deduct this fee when you try to close the account, which is a deceptive practice.

Additionally, they charge 10 AED per page for printing bank statements, which is outrageous when most banks provide this service for free. The lack of transparency and excessive hidden fees make this bank untrustworthy. I strongly advise customers to look elsewhere for fair and honest banking.

مشغلين شويه حراميه في قسم السيلز

مشغلين شويه حراميه في قسم السيلز
يجيلك مكالمه من رقم ارضي وتكلمك واحده تعرض عليك تقسيط مديونيه كارت مشتريات على تلات سنين وبعد ماتوافق على كلامها تكتشف انها فعلت مايشبه القرض بفائدة تراكميه عاليه جدا وكل ده بدون موافقه كتابيه منك ولا اي مستندات ولو طلبت تلغي الي هي عملته موظفين خدمه العملاء يوضحوا أن ده مش ممكن وان الاكشن تم ع الحساب بالفعل ولو عايز تلغيه يبقى لازم تعمل سداد معجل للقسط وطبعا بعد حساب فواءد السنوات القادمه ولما تعمل شكوي في البنك تتفاجأ أنهم اغلقوها بدون علمك
منتهى قله الادب وعدم الاحترام في التعامل مع العملاء وطريقة جديده للاحتيال والنصب على المصريين
لو جالك اتصال من موظف من قسم المبيعات أو كروت المشتريات اقفل السكه في وشه فورا

موظفين عليهم محاضر و غير امنا

م: المحترم ا/حسن عبدالله رئيس البنك المركزي تحيه و بعد
أتقدم بشكوي ضد ناني عبدالرحمن عبد الواحد اسماعيل الموظفه ببنك مصر الإمارات حيث انها في ٧ أبريل 2022 اقتحم قسم التجمع الخامس منزلها بشارع ٢٨ خلف مدرسه اخناتون وتم القبض عليها تمارس الرذيله مع رجل و كان هذا اول خميس في رمضان وفي القسم لان الرجل عجوز تن عمل عقد عرفي حتي لو يسجنوا و تم إنهاء عقدها من بنك العقاري العربي و كذلك تم تحويل أولادها من مدرسه الشويفات الشكاوي المقدمه ضدها في البنك و المدرسه و تفاجأت بمنسبها الجديد في بنك مصر الموقر و كأننا نكافأ كل عديم ضمير
سيدي هي لا تصلح و لا تؤتمن علي أموال من تنام مع الرجال مقابل مال لا تؤتمن علي أموال و لذا ارجو اتخاذ اللازم و ابعدها عن البنك حيث انني بصد نشر هذه القصه في موقع البنك و هذا ليس تهديد ولكن الامانه تطلب هذا وشكرا لتفهمك انا كنت ساودع مبالغ في هذا البنك ولكن لوجود مثل هؤلاء اللي مستعدين لعمل اي شيء من أجل المال تراجعت و ارجو اتخاذ الإجراء اللازم وسوف يصل الموضوع للرياسه لمحاربة الفساد

Terrible Experience with Bank Misr
Opening an account with Bank Misr has been the worst experience ever. I was told that after 15 days of opening the account, I would receive my card when I arrived in Egypt. However, they messed up the data entry, and now no one knows which branch I should go to in order to get my card. Since arriving in Egypt, I’ve been going from branch to branch searching for my card, and yet I still haven’t received it. If you value your time and peace of mind, I strongly recommend finding another bank. This has been a complete waste of time.

Extremely Poor Customer Support and Bureaucratic Hassles

I have been a loyal customer of Bank Misr for over 30 years, but the recent experiences with their customer support have been extremely disappointing. As a resident of the UK, my primary mode of communication with the bank when I have a problem with Bank Misr Internet banking is via email. Unfortunately, I have received nothing but automated replies, with no real effort from the support team to resolve my issue (Complaint number 3117482).

The level of bureaucracy and the lack of genuine assistance are appalling. Despite my long-term association with the bank, it seems that no one cares about customer satisfaction anymore. The inability to address even simple problems effectively highlights a severe flaw in their customer service approach.

I urge Bank Misr to improve their support system and provide the necessary training to their staff to handle customer complaints efficiently and with a personal touch.
