Changed buying from regular store as twice buying four 12.55Kg sunflower seeds third of each bag was nothing but chaff. Changed to online ordered 1 bag of sunflower seed from different company it was perfect right through, none of the third full of chaff, hadn't heard about Bargain bird food at that time. So as seed went low went back online to order from first company that's when I saw Bargain Bird Food checked their website seed was cheaper price and look just as good as the previous order from other online company, so decided to place my regular order with Bargain I had been buying in store four 12.55KG every month so would order the same and save as they were much cheaper. I am so disappointed their seed works out the same as the bags in store every time I fill the bird houses with the seed and go back 1 third left in bird houses is nothing but chaff and it goes out. I shall work through this seed with the birds and when it is time to reorder will place my regular order with the first online company I chose as their seed was Perfect no waste no chaff at all.

I needed to order a bulk lot of bird food. I choose the Bargain Bird Food company because I found the website was excellent as it offered various bird food items at different sizes and prices which was very useful. I ordered fat balls, sunflower hearts, peanut granules and chipped peanuts. These were all competitively priced. A couple of days after I ordered I decided to contact customer services as I needed the items quickly because I realised I had almost ran out of everything. I get lots of birds in my garden and I didn't want them to go without in the colder weather. Luke responded to me quickly and kindly. He organised for my order to be sent out as soon as possible. I received my order quickly on the following day. I'm very impressed with my whole experience of this company and will definitely buy from them again. I highly recommend them to others.

Fast efficient delivery, excellent customer service and the sunflower hearts and suet berry balls are all of a 1st class grade - it states that some, suet balls may get broken - however from my experience, out of 300 suet balls orders and delivered - only two were a bit broken - the birds will still eat and enjoy them either way. - broken or not - highly recommended bargain bird food
