Our family had a wonderful experience working with Kirsty. Her knowledge and approach were exceptional, and the methods she taught us were easy to understand and incredibly effective. Our puppy responded immediately, which gave us the confidence to keep building on what we’ve learned. It’s so reassuring to know we have Kirsty’s ongoing support as we work toward having a calm, well-behaved dog who fits beautifully into our family.

Bark Busters (Gavin) was very understanding and knowledgeable when discussing our concerns, he has tailored a plan for our cockapoos, we are a week in, and there are slight noticeable changes, we know consistency is key, and it doesn’t happen over night.. but knowing we have Gavin to call on is very reassuring.. will review again in 6 weeks ☺️

the two female telephone staff i spoken with one is incompetent and unprofessional not interested in putting there mistake right the other one had a attitude problem and i had difficulty trying to get a word in if the trainers are anything like the staff l've spoken to so far a dog will pick up on it straight away l've decided to go elsewhere if you use this company beware

From the moment Lee the trainer walked in our house, he worked is magic on our 9mth old puppy. I could not believe the difference in such a short time, absolutely amazing and such a nice guy. Not only training our pup but training my son and myself how to control and keep up the training .

Kirsty came to visit us 5 days ago, to begin training with our anxiety riddled 9 month old cockapoo. I was a little worried that this training style wouldn’t suit us but after just 5 days, Reggie is coming on in leaps and bounds and I can finally see a light at the end of the tunnel! Kirsty had a wealth of knowledge to share and was really lovely and down to earth. We are looking forward to the next 12 months!x

This was Kristy’s second visit. She’s so reassuring and puts us right where we’re going wrong. She’s easy to talk to and listens to us. She has a calming effect on all of us.

Alex was so good explaining everything and showing me things and how to handle situations my dog was like a different dog but its been amazing to learn what is best and how to handle situations and approach things correctly I felt very much at ease with Alex and definitely recommend the services and advise it really does help with knowing what is best and how to handle situations training yourself and the dog is a must so glad I got in touch

From the first phone call with Alex we were really confident that he understood the issues we were experiencing with our 10 year old rescue miniature Schnauzer, Maggie. Our first lesson was very enlightening, enabling us to better understand both dogs' behaviours and how our behaviour influences theirs. Alex provided us with some no-nonsense advice and demonstrated the behaviours we should be expecting from the dogs. He gave us a good deal of confidence in our own abilities to work towards our desired outcomes without being judgmental about our current practices. The follow up notes were very comprehensive and were an excellent reflection of the time he spent with us, recapping the techniques to focus on and how we could measure success.

We had Tom come about a week ago and he was amazing! He was so kind and professional! I was so worried I would feel judged by my dog’s behaviour but Tom was so assuring that it’s completely normal for my dog's age! Not once did I feel judged! He helped me understand why my dog behaves the way he does and by the end of the session it was as if I had a completely different dog! I have continued doing everything Tom has showed me and just in a week my dog has changed for the better! Couldn’t thank Tim enough!

Gina came to us in January for our first visit. Immediate results with crate training and overall general behaviour. Second visit yesterday helped with reactivity and car training. Again great tips and practical info and lots of patience with us. Cannot recommend enough. Thanks Gina

Kirsty was amazing in making me understand how my over affection with our dog was causing her to feel protective. I have tried some of the passive relationship control tonight and even though I find it hard it really worked. As she is a rescue dog Kirsty said we have a clean sheet as we know nothing about her previous life. Which was refreshing to hear as I know Kirsty will help us get Jenzi to a great place. Looking forward to our next session.

Very professional and empathetic advice with practical tips for success

I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Bark Busters. After paying £500, we only had one initial meeting with the trainer, and the rest of the “support” amounted to emailed leaflets that felt very generic and not tailored to our dog’s specific behaviour issues at all. For such a high cost, I expected ongoing guidance, practical sessions, and proper follow-up, not just basic documents that could easily be found online.
The training approach didn’t feel personalised, and there was very little hands-on help to actually implement the techniques in real-life situations. Communication after the first visit was minimal, and it felt like we were left to figure everything out ourselves.
Overall, the service was extremely poor value for money and did not deliver what was implied during the sales process. Paying £500 for one visit and a set of emailed leaflets is simply not acceptable. Based on our experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid at all costs.

Brilliant trainer. Gavin made the session really interesting and enjoyable.

Emma took time to ask lot of questions of what kind of issues we have and to meet my dog to see her behaviour. She gave lots of ideas what could be done and helped me get started with some practices. Her approach has worked and we already have better communication and relationship. Emma has been in touch to check on progress and she sent more information for me to read and recap to exercises I need to do. Emma's approach is very professional and very happy to continue working with her. Recommend, if you need help with your dog!!

Absolutely brilliant...Already my husband and I have noticed a real positive change in Foggys behaviour all thanks to Gina. Gina was lovely with us and especially Foggy. Everything from proper nutrition to commands and the barking and nipping
