In 2023 I joined Barker Ross after considering several offers from different agencies, for me it has been an excellent decision. From the start, their approach was thoughtful, swift, and professional, making me feel valued and appreciated. Working with Barker Ross has provided me with a genuine sense of belonging and peace at work, and I have developed numerous skills throughout my time with them.
What truly sets Barker Ross apart is their sense of commitment and consistency to the welfare of their people They genuinely care about their staff, which is a rare quality in this industry as anyone can testify. Their administration is effective and well-organized, and this is clearly reflected in the way they operate generally. Notwithstanding it's a Known fact that no organization is perfect, but all the same I would confidently rate Barker Ross at 90% for their overall excellence.
I would choose to work with them again without hesitation and I will highly recommend Barker Ross to anyone seeking a job in the UK

Great Recruitment Agency, and had Great experience with Staff they are so helpful and polite!

This company are the worst company you can work for in 4 month they only paid me 4 times correct every week I have to phone to ask why my rates are wrong why you haven't paid my holiday pay why are my hours wrong why can't your payroll read numbers or use a calculator, absolute waste of time with these from tallon Baranauskas

Received a call stating they have received my cv and if I'm still interested. I was asked to WhatsApp the number they had called me on and a 'contract manager' would be in touch. The start date has been and I have still not been contacted. When I chased them up the recruiter spends more time on their keyboard and was clueless to what was happening. Don't bother applying for a job with this company unless you prefer being messed around. The recruiters number also comes up online as spam from Vodafone. Very dodgy to say the least.

Very good company, they respond quickly and are so understanding and helpful. Big thanks to Yasmin Clark.

I was contacted by Barker Ross Group in early Feb of this year, to discuss the role of Waste Operative at McLaren in Woking.

I was put forward for the role.

3 days later, Barker Ross Group informs me, they had already placed someone in this role.

Barker Ross Group, then contacted me again in early Jun, to advise me they were recruiting for the role again, and would i be interested.

I agreed to be put forward a second time.

Barker Ross Group said they would come back to me with feedback.

Unfortunately Barker Ross Group has yet to come back with any feed back.

The impression I've been left with, is Barker Ross Group does not act in a professional manner/nor does it show any respect towards candidates.
