Great product and excellent design help. Love the lights under my new kitchen.

Products are fantastic, and the customer service team takes the time to look at order and past purchasing history to ensure compatibility. Products are quite a bit more expensive than others online, but customer service is great.

I purchased the 4 Strip Cool White LED Kit, and they look absolutely great!! Fast delivery as well. The only reason for the 3 star is that I didn't have a great customer service experience. I sent an email inquiry, and it took almost a week to respond. They're email reply didn't even fully answer my question. Otherwise, the product looks great.

I previously purchased this product for a reef aquarium to light my under the stand filtration system. I am now setting up another 200 gallon system. I purchased two 6 strip kits for great illumination. Excellent low profile product that is easy to assemble and install. I will continue to be a returning customer.

The plug in connectors on your equipment are not very trustworthy. On three of the last four kits I have bought from you, the plug in connectors have not worked without some twisting and turning of the plug on my part. On one kit I cut off the plug from both ends and hard wired it to get it to work. On two others it is 50/50 on plugging the connectors together and the lights coming on without some squeezing or twisting. I just received a multicolor LED light kit that has a sound activated controller...these lights do not come on at all. When the whole kit is wired up I get a white light flash when I plug the power into an outlet. The controller shows a green light that says it is getting power. But the lights will not come on. When I unplug the power cord, there is a slight delay in this green light going off, but when it does the LED lights flash red. I don't understand what the problem is. I will try contacting you this coming Monday. I am very frustrated with your products. I use them to provide background light in art objects for a client. I put a lot of skill and time into the frames and housings, the artist gets excited about seeing her work. I then install the lights, which should be a no brainier, and we are both disappointed when they act up. I love your website, your description of your products, your prompt delivery, your prices...but the stuff has to work without messing with it to get the results we all want and expect. Thank you.

I just bought a set of led tv backlight, after hours I had installed the led strips felt to the floor from the back of my tv, I'm very disappointed about it

Loved the product but there was no instructions regarding the remote.

Had an issue with my order. Called their number 8 times and kept getting an answering machine. Tired of waiting so I sent an email to the address on their website but have yet to hear back (4 days & counting).
Would suggest you buy somewhere else.

Was very easy to order. Ma y options. Shipped quickly and worked perfectly. Used for a restaurant bar. Enjoyed that they sent screws as well as double sided tape to attach the lights. Will be buying more

Removed my old halogen under the counter lights and had my new Bar Lights installed in a short time. they look great, adds lots of character to the kitchen. The wifes response, "lv them"

I was shopping around for a good set of LED lights for my car, and I found this website so I gave it a shot. I don't not regret it one bit, best purchase ever! Highly recommended their products!

Picked it up in the mail a couple of days ago. Easy to assemble and set up. Great product, lots of fun to play around with. Only one issue with the product: The remote that comes with it takes a CR2025 battery which, when the package arrived, was nearly dead. Tested it out for about 5 minutes before the battery was completely drained and I had to go buy a new one. Other than that, great product and I would spend more money here.

Received our orders (2 separate) promptly and without issue. The first was for a multi-colored set that is installed under cabinets/counter tops in our new bar. It looks fantastic! After that good experience we ordered a smaller set of clear lights to back light a large stained glass piece. Again, service was great and the final product looks fantastic. Both sets were easy to install and exactly as described.

I have a few kits now (4 to be exact). On my computer, TV, air cleaner and I even made a lamp out of one kit. Oldest kit is close to 3 years old now, on all the time and still works perfect. Highly recommended.

This is the second product I have acquired from Bar Lighting, and just as with the RGB Led units this too is a remarkably compact and efficient system. The White diodes are bright over their entire length and are providing the quality and quantity of light I need. Totally satisfied and will probably be a repeat customer as my ideas for lighting progress.

Their LED products are very good and shipping is pretty quick. But the level of customer service is not the same. Two times I order multiple items and found out there were items missing when I received them. I emailed them 3 separate times but never received a response. I've tried to email directly to them using their email address and emailing through their website. I'm not sure if they're not getting my emails or having some sort of filters blocking incoming emails. Seems like calling them is the only way to correct any problems.
