As a regular customer of Barlow Motors Crewe, I popped in to see if any deals were on regards upgrading on PCP.
Anthony and Manager Dave went above and beyond, as usual, and we pick up 2 new cars in a few weeks. Always happy with this dealership.

Ordered a new Scala in August at Barlows Crewe. Had to be made so 6/8 weeks eventually ready 6 Dec went to pick up and was virtually ignored for 40 min When did finally leave after complaining to manager time had been 2.5 hours at showroom. Was asked not to fill in customer survey if not giving 5 stars. Asked about my £500 refundable deposit and was told 7/10 days After 4 emails and Skoda finance intervention paid to me 7 January. Poor customer service avoid

Excellent service from James at the Stoke showroom, the first car we looked at wasn't exactly what we were looking for in relation to size.

James found us a Skoda Kodiaq, although a bit above our budget, James and his manager came back with a reasonable price on PCP and a good trade in for our high mileage, 61 plate Yeti.

Very good communication, no hard sell whatsoever, easy handover and we are very pleased with our 21 plate Kodiaq.

Tremendous service from James who's professional knowledge and level of service gave me confidence in their aftercare should any questions arise in future,I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the dealership and neither would my family members who were with me at time of sale/handover

Had a problem with a wheel trim due to an incident with a pot hole!
Dave the General Manager sorted the problem out for me immediately. Yet again fantastic service from a great team at Barlow Motors Crew. Thank you very much & I would highly recommend them to anyone buying a Skoda

I am an unhappy customer who bought a used car from your dealership. The VW Sharan I bought was sold to me without the basic equipment I needed. I even had to ask for a tyre repair kit as the car has no spare wheel. The car is missing a warning triangle, a towing eye hook, a wheel wrench and most importantly a service book. I also have no basic information on when the car was last serviced. The car before the sale, did not even have a basic service done and the MOT was not, extended to 12 months. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The front wheels are even missing center caps. I have not been able to ask for this for a month either. I am put off by the fact that someone has not yet ordered this for me. The plastic fastener for the mat is missing from the interior. I have heard that no one can help me because, it is a different make of car.
If I could give zero stars in the rating I would.
Worst customer service I have ever encountered.

We just collected our new used Kodiaq from Crewe on Sunday. From only receiving a video earlier that week the team worked tirelessly so get it ready so we could take it. Outstanding service and attention from Tendai Mutanda who was a pleasure to deal with. Recommend this dealership without a doubt and their customer delivery package was fantastic.

Just bought my new used Skoda FABIA 2020 car from Barlow motors Crewe and was very pleased with the whole experience. James Wilshaw was helpful and kept me up to date with things by email as well as sending me a useful video of the car and what they would do. Tendai Miranda also kindly changed my dog guard from my old car to my new one. For someone who knows nothing about cars I felt they were trustworthy and I especially liked the one year warranty,5 day insurance and AA roadside assistance for a year. The customer service was exemplary.

Special shout out to David and Josh who went above and beyond, staying behind the closing time over an hour on a Sunday to help me get a car. Both were kind and friendly and explained everything we asked to the highest standard. I would highly recommend this dealer.

I got in contact with Barlow Motors Group via the chat assistance online, Taylor in Wolverhampton was swift to call me and really understood what I was looking for within my budget. All throughout the process Taylor's communication with me has been excellent. He was appreciative of my work commitments and no doubt he was working over to accommodate me on the two occasions I attended site. I would highly recommend dealing with Taylor/Barlow Motors the customer experience I've had has been excellent.

Communication non transparent. Reserved vehicle tried to back track on the advertisement finance pcp offer overall not impressed bought many ŠKODA from main dealer and have to say this experience was the worst !!

Although didn’t purchase car salesman Rasheed offered best deal he could with a smile.
Didn’t pressurise me in anyway left decision to myself.
If car suited my needs would have purchased wouldn’t hesitate to consider again in the future.

Very warm, friendly and professional service from customer rep Karen at the Barlow Stoke location. Made us feel right at home and expedited all the paperwork efficiently. Good sense of humour, too! Would definitely recommend her and Barlow Motors if you're in the market for a new or used car!

I have purchased 3 cars from Barlow Motors in the past 9 years - 2 from Stoke Seat and 1 from Cupra Wolverhampton. The experiences have been varied but overall, I am happy to return.

I have recently had my Cupra serviced at the Stoke Seat which is something I do annually. I was really happy with the reminders I received to book the service and how easy it was to get an appointment. The handover of the car was quick and easy and, as always, Jenna was very welcoming. It was great to see that the showroom had recently had a makeover and Cupra's are now available (I'll be returning to have a look around for sure!).

The service was completed within 2 hours of dropping the car off and a video was sent over showing an overview of the tests carried out - I'm not a mechanic but it was a great watch. The car was cleaned and a full report prepared.

I've only given 4 stars as the cost is something which I am disappointed by. When I purchased my Cupra, the Wolverhampton branch were supposed to get in touch with me to discuss Service plans after a couple of weeks of ownership. This was never forthcoming and as a result, I'm now left paying the extortionate price for it.

Hi I recently bought a car Barlow Skoda the salesman was in a hurry to get me out he assured me that it was fully serviced and when I got home I checked and found that the pollen had not been changed the fuel filter and the air filter had not been changed, their was no manual, no brake down try angle, no parcel shelf in the boot was missing it is not a good advertisement for a main dealership

I picked up my new motability Skoda Karoq today from Anthony at the Crewe delaship what a brilliant guy this man is nothing to much trouble treated me with great respect made my handover so easy thank you Anthony for your professional care and looking after me from ordering my car to picking it up today Friday 8th march 2024 your a credit to the motability specialist team from Beverley Anderson

I recently had the displeasure of dealing with the crewe dealership. To say the service was diabolical is an understatement. I ordered one car but received another because I’m a motability customer I was basically told it was tough luck. They told me I had to pay the extra advance payment which I did not and refused, it was their mistake. I wasn’t given a proper handover just had the keys given to us. As a disable person I struggle with many things in life but I will not be intimidated by people to meet their ends. My car was missing items and i’m still awaiting those to be delivered. they even got the details on the insurance the of the car i had ordered . good job i knew how incompetent they are. shocking treatment wouldn't suggest anybody go to the dealership drive the extra 50 miles instead. However the car is great but that’s down to Skoda not Barlows

Do not give your information to Barlow Motors or you will be pestered by them for ever more regardless of how many times you unsubscribe from their emails or you require them to forget you in accordance with data protection legislation.

This company is a disgrace to the Volkswagen Group and should be stripped of their dealership. I will be reporting them to the relevant authorities for repeated breaches of data protection legislation.
