I really LOVE my bed and it is gorgeous, I cannot fault Barron Beds at all. Called and confirmed everything once I placed my order. I would recommend them for their beds 100%. I would’ve marked it 5 stars but their delivery company wasn’t professional in my opinion. They did call me and I missed their call however they then decided to leave my bed outside my house in the rain, they didn’t knock or ring the bell to confirm if anyone was inside. My sister had to drag this in by herself, the bed is heavy and she struggled, as bless her she’s tiny in height and weight. Making a few marks along the way. Which would not have happened if they had rung the door bell!

Fantastic company, really pleased with our Aliyah super king! Fast delivery and really helpful delivery lads - highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I would not recommend this company. We have had an issue with the size/measurements of our bed (the company websites info was unclear while we bought it) and therefore I was asking to exchange for a bigger one. The company refused to exchanged at the first place but after a complaint they offered to exchange for a charge of £150. It does not seem right to pay lots of money for the bed and then unable to return or exchange when it’s delivered. Or being ask to pay £150. We wish we bought from a bigger company who offers free of charge returns without a hussle or paying an extra.

Excellent product and excellent service, delivery driver were friendly and very professional. The bed looks exactly like the pictures online. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

Really excellent service. The bed is exactly what we wanted and was very easy to assemble. You can tell it’s well made. Customer service was great and allowed us to delay delivery by 5 weeks until we were ready.

Cannot recommend this company enough! It’s so rare you get good service like this anymore. From ordering to delivery I was updated every step of the way. It was so quick within a week I think. Other bed shops were 3months waiting time. We ordered a sleigh bed with a high tall headboard. Such good quality material and finish. Delivery drivers arrived on the dot and we’re really friendly. Also a lot cheaper than the big bed shops!

Where do i start!

Absolutely amazing service from the staff and quick delivery timings. My bed was a difficult design however, Barron beds accomplished my dreams and made everything come to real life. From the headboard to the side steps. The quality is amazing and rich to feel, I am absolutely in love and could not fault anything.

Placed order for two double beds and mattresses and they arrived within a week! Amazing quality and the gas lift ottoman style with storage are fantastic, colour and design to our specification which came out spot on. Paid a fraction for what these would cost on the retail market or show rooms. Tahir and team were professional and took great care when moving things around and assembly, they also cleaned up nicely. Top quality beds and mattress, will definitely be purchasing again and highly recommend to everyone. Thank you!

FIVE STARS & MORE!

The level of customer service received from start to finish has been beyond exceptional. From my initial enquiries through to post delivery, all of my questions were responded to promptly and professionally and with a level of helpfulness that sadly we don't often see anymore. The team called to confirm the details of my order, including the measurements (more on that later) and talked me through the process.

I ordered the Aliyah luxury Chesterfield  wingback bed and initially placed an order for a super king. They altered the footboard for me on request and in a matter of days a cheerful delivery driver arrived at my property with a stunning bed. It became clear that despite me measuring and confirming it would fit, the headboard wouldn't due to the angle of the stairs. I was mortified.  The driver took the bed back and I called and emailed the company as this all took place before opening hours (0900am). Within the hour the team had provided a resolution (changed to a king size with the same custom design) nothing was too much trouble (even though I felt like an absolute massive pain!) - both the delivery driver and gentleman I spoke to on the phone reiterated that it was important for me to get the bed I wanted. I'd like to think any retailer would think the same however I doubt it would have been dealt with as swiftly, or with the level of genuine customer care as the team displayed.

I fully expected to wait a few days to a week with deliveries only happening in the area twice a week, however later that day I was told they could arrange delivery of the altered bed the following day..a little over 24hrs later. Tahir the owner arrived with the bed and had it set up within 20 minutes of arriving. They took great care with assembly and explained how the bed came apart if I needed to move it in the future.

The bed itself is gorgeous - its everything I had hoped it would be and more. The fabric (cream naples) is beautiful with the bed build feeling durable and built to last. I ordered the Sleepmaster mattress and after sleeping in it yesterday can understand the rave reviews. My last mattress cost 3 times the amount and I would say this beats it.

So pleased with the quality of the Ailyah bed. It feels well made and sturdy. I ordered in Cream Naples and it’s a perfect neutral colour. Delivery was within a few days of my order and the team were so helpful, respectful and fast. I highly recommend the company and their products.

Customer service was amazing, after ordering online, I received a call checking that the headboard colour and bed was correct and explained the measurements and to check that it would fit up the stairs, he was really helpful and made the experience much more personal. As I was a bit unsure the guy offered to send me swatches of the material before he processed the order, he gave me a couple of days to decide, then called me a few days later. Absolutely love the headboard and ottoman, they are really good quality. The delivery was prompt and the delivery guys were polite and put the bed up quite quickly. From a company that I had not heard of, I was pleasantly surprised at how professional and personable they made it for me, thank you barronbeds, I highly recommend this company.
