First time using a skip hire company, they were extremely helpful in recommending a suitable size skip, delivered when they said they would and collected on time which was crucial to our house move, both drivers friendly and professional, would highly recommend!

Had used this company before without an issue but wouldn’t use again after the last skip hire.
On our home cameras show the skip lorry driver push through our hedge rather than walking a couple of metres around it. Then taking off one small piece of polystyrene which had come off a dishwasher and thrown it onto the lawn. Then the driver decided to back down the road which doesn’t have a footpath and is regular used by old people and families walking to the doctors which has a blind bend and onto a crossroads with a blind hill. When raised with Mangement all this behaviour seems acceptable to them (but had to chase them for comments as they didn’t bother coming back to us although they said they would). What makes it worse is that after promising to look at their 360 degree footage from the lorry, they say they can’t see the driver walking down the side of the lorry through the hedge and also can’t see him throwing the offending item off. Not 360 degrees is it then? Also to be told that if it’s an unsafe load they will remove items but couldn’t give me a straight answer that by removing one small piece of polystyrene that made the difference between a safe and unsafe load.
I certainly wouldn’t recommend this company as the ‘professional’ company that they try to portray.
Even their timesheets they send you are inaccurate. Mine said they arrived at 08:55 when actually it was 09:12 but I get told these are done automatically - well that piece of automation is like their 360 degree cameras that don’t show everything - a complete waste of time and money.
So for destroying new samplings in a hedge, throwing a small piece of polystyrene onto the lawn, driving backwards down a road to a blind bend and a crossroads all I got from the company was these are acceptable behaviours and we are a professional company!!

Very professional, prompt service. Notify you when the skip is on its way and being collected. Very nice drivers and courteous, can’t praise them highly enough. Well done!

What started out as a nightmare scenario, being let down by a house clearance company - Basingstoke skip hire came to the rescue instead. In less than 24 hours from ordering a skip - it was on the drive, and I was able to clear out the final stuff from my deceased parents bungalow. The following day, the skip was collected early morning, and that allowed the estate agent to take some good photos of the magnolia tree by the driveway - in the afternoon.
