Recently hired a skip from you and I cannot thank the driver Jason for his efficiency and politeness, top man 👍 and also the staff on the phone who were also very polite and helpful, I will be using them again.

Booking a skip for the first time, I rang Bateman skips who answered the phone immediately and gave me helpful advice. Three times of phoning, all the girls were very pleasant, friendly, helpful and efficient. The skip was delivered and collected exactly as I had asked and there were no problems. I recommend Bateman skips for anyone.

Damaged my wall then refused to pay for repairs discussing

Really poor service. Ordered my Skip 11/05/12 with the option for delivery next day. Then received an email advising they would not be able to deliver by Friday (never giving a delivery slot, which is part of their policy). Stayed in all day. Then gave them a call c1pm for an update,, got told the driver was a hour or so away from me. Then received a call just after 3pm, advising the driver had run out of time to deliver to me. 2 days wasted at home and paid upfront as well. Avoid at all costs

I have used Bateman Skips in the past so when I needed there service again I went to them without a second thought. Batemans staff are always professional and helpful and you get what you pay for 1st class service. The driver arrived very early this morning to collect the skip and was very quiet and respectful to the neighborhood almost silent, he took care not to rev his engine without the reversing alarm sounding and disappeared as quickly as he arrived!.

Hired a skip my builder he was running late to start job . Plumber ect . They phoned asking when to pick up told them Saturday. Driver turned up weds to take skip blazing row . Company total waste of time paid for 8 yard skip only half full when collected. On the date I did not agree with .

Other firms have always let me down .
The on line ordering system for batemans is quick and very easy to use even for a 65 year old farm of a builder
Don't mess about life is to short book Batemans.

Quick easy booking and delivery. Driver Ronnie very polite, cheerful and efficient.

I needed a 6yd skip to be dropped and loaded whilst the driver waited to avoid paying the on road permit. The driver helped me load the waste which was unexpected and very much appreciated, he asked me to mention his name which I’m happy to do and it was Ali. Fantastic service from Bateman and great comms.

Absolutely awful service. Booked a skip a week in advance. Arranged for myself and staff to be on site to meet the driver to ensure it was put in the right place and to fill it. Chased at 2pm to see when arriving to be told the driver had run out of time so could not deliver. I'm sorry, but you know how may skips you are collecting and delivering each day so surely you arrange appropriate staffing levels. Surely if you have a driver over time, you arrange for another to deliver it. They offered to deliver at 6am tomorrow morning which is of absolutely no use to me. This is the 2nd time they have let me down and will certainly be the last time I use them. Awful customer service and attitude

Never given a 1 star review for anything but, regretfully, Bateman skips deserves it. Delivered an 8yd skip when I ordered a 12yd. Denied it despite me sending dimensions. Eventually said it was a 10yd despite the maths not adding up. Offered a very small refund, but refused to deliver correct size. I couldn't complete the job, and didn't have the hands to help at the right time. Being generous I'd say they are incompetent, if not dishonest as well. Any company happy to charge for a service they do not provide, and then to lie about it, does not deserve your custom.

Skip was sue to be collected a week ago… apparently the collection has been marked as urgent. Still sat on the driveway taking up valuable parking space and I have other deliveries on their way. Wish I looked at the other reviews before booking! My family and I will not be using again in future.

I made a complaint with this company after being treated with no respect from one of their drivers when they were picking up our skip. At first I spoke with a lady who advised she would pass my complaint on. I heard nothing from this and then had to chase this myself. I then got passed to the director who again I needed to phone back and chase. She then passed my details onto the managing director who called me and said he would speak with the driver and then call me the next day. This was over a week ago! I am absolutely appalled by your complaints process and I cannot believe you allow your employees to speak to people the way he spoke to me and my family. You say your a family owned business however couldn’t give two hoots about sorting this complaint. You couldn’t even call me back to tell me what the driver had confirmed. I think this is ridiculous and considering we hired 2 skips from you totalling over £600 you can be assured that we will not be taking business from you again. If I had an employee how spoke to a 74 year old woman the way yours did I would be ashamed and make sure I put it right for the customer. And to make her try and put a mattress onto of a full skip and watch her struggle is disgusting.
