Bathroom was done in 2023. First year we LOVED our new bathroom and it was perfect, then came the problems.... the toilet leaked 1 time, the shower keeps leaking, the silver trims are effected and made dull by cleaning products, the walls have dents in them and to top it off the floor is chipped and falling apart. We have pulled it up today to find CARDBOARD under our tiles so they KNEW this would happen and bodged it! I have emailed, husband has emailed and emailed repairs team but not response. For the amount of cardboard he used may aswell just solved the issue before it happened and got some plywood. LEAVING A REVIEW FOR CORRECT COMPANY AND FUNNY THEY CANT FIND AN EMAIL FROM US AS THEY REPLIED :/ if this company request pictures then I can show that there was NO plywood under our floors used.

An amazing service. An old tired bathroom transformed into a modern smart space with high quality fixtures and fittings. Don was amazing, worked from 8-8 over the two days and popped in for a couple of hours to finish off our day three. Can’t fault anything; easy procedures, great staff and an excellent job. Amazing!👏 We would highly recommend! We had our bathroom installed earlier this week by Janis. We were astounded at his efficiency. He really worked so hard and made it look beautiful. The quality of the products are great. We went for a more expensive tile but so worth it.
Bathroom Masters were brilliant when it came to communication- from the initial quote from Jo to the delivery and collection guys and obviously the fitter who was like Superman!

I've waited a little while to leave a review, instead of just writing one when it was done. We had our bathroom redone in January. Bath ripped out, replaced with a shower. Had the walls covered in SPC panelling, ceiling replaced. Mirror, toilet, basin all replaced stud wall with shelf. Extractor fan installed. We absolutely love it. From the initial discussion with the informative, helpful sales guy through to installation & aftercare we've not had any issues. We paid £5000 in total, but this was due to the extras we opted for - and was all clearly itemised in the invoice. The fitter couldn't work hard enough, we were really impressed. All around great service, great price and very happy with end result. Thank you!

Had mine done by these cowboys it lasted just over a yr electric lights wired wrong nearly caused a fire , shower head broke , toilet won’t flush
Other shower head peeling , flooded under my bath , the bath is on the wonk !!!!

Just had my bathroom reconfigured. Ivo was great and moved everything around in my new bathroom. Minimal mess and the end result looks great. Definitely recommend this company.

Just had my bathroom installed by Bathroom Masters Ltd. The whole process has been seamless from Jo coming to the house to discuss the design to Domantis installing. Domantis was very professional and tidy throughout the whole installation. Just waiting for the waste to be collected in the next day or so.

Booked in for March, but we decided to have it done earlier. Was easy to change the date, communication is fantastic , Andy the bathroom fitter kept us informed when he was coming, very happy with the bathroom only took 3 days. Rubbish removed same day as he finished , worked non stop , dont let the bad reviews stop u from getting it done, every company has them, been following these for years and finally got my bathroom done , thank you very much.

Absolutely outstanding renovation of our bathroom by Bathroom Masters Ltd! From receiving a quote from Jo to the work being completed by Kristaps , everything has been done to a really high standard and in a very professional way, such a hard worker. a fantastic job and even sorted out having all of the rubbish taken away. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking to having a new bathroom installed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had a bathroom refurbished with walk in shower everything from the begining was very good.
The fitter was excellent (Domantas) did a fantastic job I would highly recommend him.

Recently had new bathroom. What a beautiful job. Fitter (Alex) worked non stop and completed in 3 days. Site was left tidy every day. Materials delivered 3 days before even though no money was paid at that time. All rubbish collected within a couple of days. Cannot fault this company. Mine was the sixth of my family and friends without any complaints. Would recommend to anyone. Well done Bathroom Masters.

I had the bathroom fitted in may 25,every thing fine,very pleased,toilet sprung a leak in january,not a gushing leak but enough for a puddle to develop,contacted bathroom masters,through e-mail they responded immediately and asked for a photo or video of the problem which i did,and a fitter came out 2days later, unfortunately left thinking the problem was resolved but it still leaked,i messaged them to say it leaked,and sent another video,they arranged to send another fitter out,he came 3 days later and fixed the problem no leak now. So inconclusion i have to say i am very satisfied with there aftersales service,they were very polite in all communications i had with them.

My bathroom is absolutely beautiful the guy worked really hard they do the rip out of old bathroom and take all the rubbish away I’m so impressed by what they have done for me I love ❤️ my new bathroom so I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends great guys working for them polite and friendly and hardworking thanks bathroom master’s I now have the beautiful bathroom I’ve always wanted

I used Bathroom Masters after seeing their work on Facebook.
It was great from start to finish.
Quick reply to my first query. Appointment made to have Bathroom measured etc and
date booked for installation. Also made choices of what I wanted.
Installation was started yesterday
and fished today.
The guys worked hard all day without breaks. They protected my new flooring and kept everything clean and tidy, cleaning up before they left.
Im very impressed with quality and with how it all looks.
Would definitely recommend this company

Well just had our bathroom fitted by this company and from start to finish was amazing we would highly recommend

My whole dining room ceiling came through with water running into my electrics as they had installed an unsupported flexi pipe out of the back of the toilet and over time it collapsed causing a flood downstairs!

After 2 years the plugs in the bath and sink are broke (and no this isn’t due to neglect or heavy hands - it’s down to cheaply used products) and the BLACK sink taps are no longer black as all the coating has pealed off!

Further to this the solid pipe from the flexi (out the toilet) to the outside connection had backfall and constantly caused a blockage, twice I’ve had plumbers out to sort and after an additions £1000 to another contractor having to removed all the boxing in and fix the pipework and reinstate, it finally works the way it should do.

Dont bother calling if you have any issues as they’ll just ask you to email which you don’t get a response to.

I’ve gave 3 stars because the bathroom is actually beautiful but the workmanship and materials used have let this company down.

My new bathrooms are now 4 months old so will have had a fair test of it.

Everything is still working fine and no issues identified, it all looks good and there has been no issue with parts quality or workmanship.

I’m knocking off a star for the fact that no isolators were fitted to any pipes, which I’ve had to do myself as this is really a necessary thing. Also one piece of very dodgy wiring on the bathroom cabinet where the cables were joined together with nothing but electrical tape, which is very dangerous in a bathroom.

Your fitters should carry WAGO connectors and service valves as standard, and if they used these I’d be calling this a 5* service.
