Ordered part for shower online was quoted 3/5 days delivery. Arrived promptly.

I believe this is a good company to deal with. Charlotte in particular was very helpful when an item went missing. She got me a replacement fairly quickly and kept me informed throughout.
Keeping in touch with a customer and letting them know what’s happening, in my view is very important and goes a long way.

The taps i received are superb and great value for money. However, a few months after fitting the taps to my sink i found a minor fault which i reported to bathroom republic. I was asked to send a photo to identify the part required rather than replace the whole tap which i was unable to do. No matter, 4 days after first speaking to bathroom republic i had the part in my hand. Outstanding service! There were no arguments just an immediate replacement of the part required to be able to continue to use these superb taps, well done to all at bathroom republic what a fantastic company which i would have no hesitation in recommending to anyone!

Absolute nightmare. Ordered our taps from here. The box arrived bashed, ripped and cello taped up.
Turns out one of the parts for the tap was missing. 6 days and hours of calls and messages later the actual part turns up.
We also lost out on our plumber who couldn’t do anything without the missing part and had to leave us with our bath connected.
Poor customer service too. Was told there was nothing they could do to help us.

Repeatedly sent damaged goods. Charged me twice and failed to return money. Consistently failed to return calls and failed to engage. Beyond any doubt, its the worst experience I've ever had! Steer clear!

I ordered and after that I read opinions and was scared that something will be wrong.
But everything was great, fast delivery, fast response to emails ( they don’t pick up the phone )

Wrong description for item advertised resulting in wrong item being received. Slow responses to emails. Insulting 10% offered as a goodwill gesture to keep wrong item 🤔

Excellent service, good product and price

I have messaged the company many times about a faulty tap they supplied back in February, I sent pictures and a description of the fault and they agreed to replace. So 5 months on still no replacement so I told them I would keep leaving poor reviews until they rectify the problem.

Very fast and efficient from ordering to delivery

I bought a shower mixer cartridge in February 2022 they sent me an online payment which I completed and stated payment made.
On 28th March I received a message stating the payment hadn’t gone through I checked my account and saw it hadn’t, I contacted Bathroom Republic made payment. On the 12th May my account had been debited for the initial payment in February.
I tried to call them they do not answer the phone in any of extensions.
I emailed them received a reply saying it will take 30 days to get information from the bank which I thought strange as you can view your bank account there and then
30 days later no reply. Emailed a week ago no reply. Still not answering phone.
I have seen other people have had the same issue.
I have contacted my bank they informed me the payment was authorised in February when I initially payed but not collected until May. I would say they do this so people potentially don’t pick up on the fact they’ve paid twice as it was a £30 purchase
I will be getting Trading standards involved

Warning - Fraudulent company with appalling customer service.

Bought 3 taps in February. They emailed and called me in March to say payment hadn’t gone through and could I pay again. Checked with bank who said no payment had gone through so paid them again.

In May they then put through the original payment as “manual card purchase”. Now nearly a month later they are still “investigating” and say they have no record of charging me twice.

Stinks of fraud. Looks like I will have to raise a dispute with my bank…

If you don’t believe me about the company, try ringing their number to speak to customer services…….or sales…….or trade……….they won’t answer…..

Ordered panals took them a week to get back to me then said they wasn't in stock never again my customer wasn't empressd

Arrived on time - not fitted yet but all looks good!

The communication was terrible the phone number on the website no one answered my calls from 9am until 12.30 different times no answer voicemail message even on sales the person you trying to reach mailbox is full.
So The customer ended up buying another one which came and then the delivery came after we had bought another shower mixer. Even the tracking number given was wrong not a parcel force number.

Product is good but the next day delivery is not true.

Avoid at all cost! The reviews for this company speak for themselves. Have tried to ring countless times about my faulty shower head but can never get through have also emailed and takes about 2 weeks to get a reply in which delaying tactics are employed so as not to deal with the issue. Have never experience anything like it usually companies at least try to reach a conclusion and don't simply ignore their customers!

I ordered a wall hung sink unit and tap from bathroom republic yesterday, with next day deluvery. Payment was taken straight away, however I didn't receive a confirmation email. I tried calling the customer services, however there was no answer. I sent a message via their web site, which said it could take 24hrs to respond. After reading the reviws on trust pilot, I was very concerned, as there were many negative reviews. However Charlotte, from customer seevices replied within the hour with my order invoice and I recieved confermation of delivery later that afternoon. My order arrived really early this morning and I was pleasently surprised at the high quality of the items, given the price I payed. I would definitely recommend this company, despite all of the negative reviews. Thank you to Charlotte in customer service for helping with my minor issue.
