I have used this company a few times now. Great communication and from placing order to delivery was just 2 days. I would happily recommend.

We would thoroughly recommend Bathroom Takeaway - we hadn't heard of or used them before but discovered them whilst searching online for reasonably priced products for a major re-work of our bathroom. It had been quite a task making sure items we selected were compatible with each other in particular shower tray and enclosure. Bathroom Takeaway were always at the end of the phone and responded promptly to emails and committed to item compatibility queries where other firms wouldn't with one firm saying we needed to read all the instructions to get the answers - not very helpful especially when swimming dizzy trying to navigate multiple possibilities, items, options, prices, delivery charges and so on.

To add to the above although delivery wasn't particularly urgent we had to try to get items delivered on a specific day. Bathroom Takeaway again were extremely helpful going the extra mile regarding communications with us, the couriers they use, and also their detailed knowledge and understanding of how their couriers operate and when best to place our order so that our delivery date could be met.

Brilliant service all round and totally recommend Bathroom Takeaway to anyone else. Thank You.

Had a p bath panel and needed to replace it.A lot of other sellers give you measurements that are hard to measure.The member of staff was polite, friendly and and very helpful showing me all they had and helped me choose the right one.

The delivery service was appalling. I requested twice a suitable delivery day They left my items on the street despite requiring a signature . Customer service kept reciting Covid as a factor( 6 years ago) !

Dreadful customer service. No one gets back to you. Ordered glass screen first one was apparently damaged in transit. The other one was due to be delivered last week. No glass and no replies from company

Radiator was ordered on Thursday and delivered on Saturday, driver was courteous and helpful placed radiator were I wanted it .Would buy from this company again.

The glass was delivered and stood up against my house on during a storm and by the time I got home it had blown over and the glass had smashed, terrible delivery service and no care was taken whatsoever

If I can send you pictures the boxes when they’ve been delivered, they’re all ripped and bent I still did not them to see if they cracked or broken. I hope it’s not broken. One thing was good, the delivery was fast, but the boxes was ripped to pieces

Great service! I experienced an issue with my delivery, which was resolved quickly and professionally. What really stood out was the personal touch rather than passing the problem around or leaving it to the third party delivery company to resolve, they took ownership and made sure it was sorted.
