Phoned regarding batteries for my TGA ZestPlus scooter, I was informed they now stocked a higher rated battery for the ZestPlus, ordered same, they came next day delivery and they fitted perfectly. I Can Highly recommend Batterytrader. For your mobility scooter batteries.

TWO mobility scooter batteries ordered at 4.30pm on Friday were delivered at 12.30pm the following day which enabled me to get out.

Good service, product arrived quickly, reasonable price.

Found what I needed on their site, an easy transaction. Dispatched quickly & the batteries arrived very well packed. They work like a dream. Very happy, cheers battery Trader!

Good product nicely priced. Promptly processed and dispatched. Safely packed. No complaints at all. The only problems totally out of the company's control was the questionable efficiency of Royal Mail at this time. But at least they didn't lose my parcel!

Battery for QTX QR10 QR10PA portable PA speaker system

Bought this battery, it was the wrong dimensions to fit in the speaker housing. Went online chat and rep proceeded to blame me for selecting wrong item even though website suggested the battery I bought. He raised customer case and customer service agreed with him. Nothing wrong with the website suggesting the wrong battery as it was only a suggestion. Lol like dealing with 12 year olds. Won't be buying from them again. Returned item, fully refunded but not my postage.

Service was excellent but disappointed with product the batteries were for my mobility scooter although charged after every use only 10 months old there now wearing out these were supposed to be better than the original ones they lasted 2 year's February 2022 to preasant day

Delivery was very efficient. I purchased specialist computer battery from them as they could supply immediately. Unfortunately the battery was faulty and exploded after 45 mins after installation. Battery trader do not believe what happened and blamed me even though I have corroboration from another engineer, they will not refund. Awful customer service, would never buy from them again.

I ordered a 2.4ah Ultracell battery. They sent me a 2.1ah different make battery. The same battery they sent me is half the price online, so essentially they are charging for higher spec and delivering lower spec derivatives...
Then to make matters worse, they won't admit their mistake and expect me to pay the return postage.
Avoid them like the plague and get your money back via your bank, this company is advertising false goods and delivering "compatibles".
I am raising this with trading standards and also Fraud UK, this is completely unacceptable and companies like this should be reported.

bought two mobility scooter batteries, six months ago, so my review is genuine, delivery was next day, the batteries are good i cant fault them at all, my next batteries will be from the same company.

First class service in all respects even though I got the ordering process wrong the first time. Thank you...keep it up!

Phoned and Ordered 2 x mobility batteries, dispatched the same day received the very next day.

Needed replacement batteries for my wife's bath lift. Being a bit of a novice and not sure what was required, I was very fortunate to speak to chap at Battery Trader who took me through chapter and verse of what I needed. This was on Thursday lunchtime. By mid morning Friday (today), two units were delivered by dpd. By mid afternoon, batteries charged, fitted to bath lift and working a treat and all at a good price.
