Ordered some mobility scooter batteries over festive period as mine have packed in. I asked for advice on which to get on Boxing Day none the less and the gentleman was very helpful, provided me with information, sent them out the same day I ordered , had them arrive a few days later. I emailed to ask when they would come very fast response every time I contacted. My batteries did not have enough Velcro , again emailed and replied very quickly to my enquiry and sent more Velcro out. Absolutely amazing company. The customer service was better than any I’ve ever had, this company was an absolute lifeline I needed my batteries quickly as I’m severely disabled and rely on my scooter to get out of the house. I would recommend this company everytime ! They don’t just sell scooter batteries they sell for other things too . Good one. The exact batteries I needed for my 17 year old powerchair, higher spec than the equivalent on eBay. Easy to find on Battery Trader's no-nonsense website, and a reasonable price.

Needed a replacement battery for my mother's mobility scooter. Battery Trader were simply fantastic. With little time left before a holiday I didn't want my mum to be stuck at home with no means of getting out and about. Battery Trader allowed me to drop off the battery pack in person, replacing the battery almost immediately, charge, test, then phoning me to say it was ready for collection only a couple of hours later. Bought an 18v 3AH NiMH battery for my old Dewalt drill. Having looked on line the originals were no longer available and a lot of the clone ones looked low quality or had bad reviews. This company looked OK so I chanced it. The battery I was sent looks to be well made and certainly packs a punch. Early days but this looks like an excellent battery.
