First class delivery service during Xmas
I would just like to give Brown Bag a massive thank you for delivery my order before Christmas. I placed a late order for a Christmas present and wasn’t expecting it to come before Christmas due to postal strikes and the pressure that the individual couriers have. To my surprise it arrived by DPD within 48hrs. Massive thank you for getting this to me in time and would highly recommend this company and would definitely order again from them in the future 👍🏻

Refund policy is rubbish
Refund policy is rubbish. Paid £6 for next day delivery, wasn't delivered the next day. Then had to pay for return, £9 tracked parcel. £15 to try on a jumper. Probably won't use the site again.
