Poor customer service
Ordered item that needed exchanging for smaller size. Still no replacement or confirmation of being dealt with in over a week. Contacted on contact form which has also been ignored. Awful communication and service.

Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
I can confirm your item was subject to a full inspection by the quality control team.
After looking into it it was deemed that the item was deemed not to be faulty.
As the item you purchased has no yellow fabric on it and it has been stained yellow after the first wash, this appears to have been a colour run from another item or excessive use of degertent.
As this is the case the return has not been accepted and will be sent back to you.
I apologise if this is not the outcome you desired.
