Excellent service. Would recommend this company.

Straight forward ordering, quick delivery very good experience all round.

I gave 4 stars as I am pleased with product I received it would have been 5 stars if it was delivered on the day it was supposed to

Great value good quality BBQ. Delivered on time. Well recommended.

Arrived promptly, well tracked, easy to put together, only problem was pizza stone was cracked across 1 corner but didn't notice until friends came round for pizzas so we had to use it. If we knew before that would have sent back for replacement. Otherwise very happy .

Quick delivery, accurate description and much cheaper than anywhere else. Many thanks!

Excellent product, thank you

Product came as and when promised, fantastic item at a better price that elsewhere. Many thanks

Update to my earlier review. Whilst the delivery of the BBQ was utterly appalling (blame Palletways - see another review of them) - the service I received afterwards was exemplary. Abigail came back to me immediately, could not have been more apologetic and helpful. My delivery costs were refunded within minutes. The BBQ itself is fantastic, all in perfect working order and I can't fault it - all at a very good price in comparison to other retailers as well. The customer service for BBQBarbecues is amazing and more than made up for a shocking delivery experience. They have said they will review their delivery options - whether or not they will, remains to be seen but they themselves rectified a situation that was perhaps out of their control with speed and efficiency and a great deal of charm. Having said I would not use them again - I retract that and wouldn't hesitate to use them - providing Palletways has nothing to do with it!

Great service quick delivery and lovely item :0) A1

Excellent product and excellent service. Cheapest I could find for the model of BBQ we wanted, delivery cost reasonable, swift delivery, kept well informed about each step of the purchase

The Pizza oven/BBQ arrived promptly. It was very easy to assemble, and appears to be good quality. We have used it twice, the first time to cook a pizza, the second time as a BBQ. On both occasions is was easy to light, and maintained a steady temperature. We are really chuffed, and will recommend this product and Company.

Speedy delivery, great quality product. Barbeque cover could do with a drawstring right round the bottom rather than individual Velcro leg tags as these are quite awkward to fasten.

Delivered extremely quickly and well packaged. Easy to assemble, excellent quality. Also considerably cheaper than I could find this product anywhere else. Brilliant service!

Really not happy at all. Ordered a barbecue that arrived on Friday for a use on Saturday. Unfortunately parts were missing so had to buy another barbecue

Fast delivery, everything well packaged.
