Resposta da BB Wheels
We sincerely apologize that your experience with our product did not meet your expectations. At BB Wheels, we strive to maintain the highest standards of quality and customer service, and we regret that we fell short in this instance. We understand how frustrating this situation must be. As we previously mentioned, we offered you the option to send the product in for a warranty inspection, which is a necessary step to determine if there is an underlying issue. While we respect your decision not to pursue this option, it limits our ability to address the problem directly. We remain committed to helping you resolve this matter. Should you reconsider and wish to proceed with the warranty process, please don't hesitate to reach out. Our team is here to support you every step of the way.
Thank you,
BB Wheels

Andy and staff are wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone wanting new wheels for your ride. Even after a mishap with a tire being lost in FedEx oblivion, they quickly filled and delivered my order almost the next day.

STAY AWAY FROM BBWHEELS
It took 9 days to receive my wheels , 6 days after the tires came and they sent 5 lug for my 6 lug lug... I guess errors happen. However, to make this right I have to go out of my way to send the wheels back, then wait. No offer of any help with anything whatsoever. I said this on their Facebook and they Blocked* me........
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY****** if I could give them 0 stars I would.
Their idea of "family owned, customers first" is a load of bs...
When whoever the loser is that replies to all these negative reviews, also explain why yall cowards blocked me from yalls Facebook page and will not allow my review on yalls page.... Yall will only allow the 5 star reviews .
"wE aRe A sWeEt oL fAmIlY rAn BuSiNeSs"
Address that in yalls dumb replies BBwheels.
Blocking a paying customer on yalls social media is literally coward trash. Weak and pathetic how yall play with people's time and money.
Rub yalls response on yalls chest . Trash
Update to their response.
You can stop the bs lying right now....
There was not any foul language whatsoever on the page. Literally shared my experience and yall cowards blocked me.
Address the issue of yall not allowing any other reviews except the good ones on yalls page BBwheels...
Update to re reply
There was no f-bombs dropped . Yall literally will not allow any comments or reviews that are not in yalls favor.....
Can we also discuss why I KEEP* having to call ext 1012 to speak to the lady to assist her in correctly doing her job ? Sending me 1* wheel now huh ? That was cute.
Keep it up. Yall look stupid af.

Rest assured, our customer service team is diligently assisting you in rectifying this issue, including arranging a FedEx pickup for the incorrect items.
