Do not order from this company unless they start to use a different delivery company…they give you delivery dates and times then don’t deliver but not only that they forge your signature to say delivery had been refused when in fact delivery was never tried…I am still waiting for my table to be delivered after numerous attempts of trying to contact BCE and XDP the delivery company but no joy. The telephone number BCE give just tells you to send an email…you can’t actually speak to anyone!! Shocking way to treat customers…I have nearly been in tears for someone faking my signature when I have waited in every day for a week nearly…sadly you can’t get to speak to anyone I am looking into consumer rights and the small claims board due to the way I have been treated and forging/faking my signature!! I am also going to speak to the police as I’m sure forging/faking a signature is a criminal offence? I would appreciate someone from the company contacting me about this shocking treatment and letting me know when I will actually receive my table

Brought a pool table which turns into a dart board and table tennis. This was on preorder and I found the process a bit scattered. The date changed slightly without any notification.

The table is great quality, but the table top is a massive 6ft by 4ft black piece of wood with square corners. This means it overlaps the table and is extremely difficult to put into the table without damaging it.

The little bits of pieces included are great and we have had hours of fun already. Can tell that the table will last a long time. Overall pretty happy!

Ordered a pool table for my sons birthday.
All ok until I had a notification and picture saying they had left it in a safe place, which wasn’t my address!
Tried to phone them to sort it out and found the only way of contacting them is via email.
However they did respond and arranged for another delivery, this time to my address.
Upon unpacking I found damage to the table so I contacted them again (via email) and they have just ignored all my emails.

Ordered a table on the 02/04, only had half of it. Despite numerous emails and assurances this would be sorted, we still await. Don’t call their delivery firm, they use an 0843 number and we were charged upwards of £20, using an 0843 number is actually illegal for after sales. You can’t get to speak to a person, all done via email and it’s a waste of time. I can’t advise you to stay away from this company enough, it’s shocking and the worse bit is, they couldn’t care less.

We purchased a Riley pool table from this company and it arrived the day that they said it would. Sadly, one corner of the table was damaged and I was obviously disappointed. This was on a Thursday and I immediately emailed them. I told them I needed it for the following Monday as it was my son's birthday. They apologised sincerely and promised a replacement by the Monday. The replacement arrived on the Monday morning. The aftersales service was excellent and I would certainly recommend the company.

I pre order 7ft American pool table and I have received the table. The pool is perfectly fine and the communication with the team was excellent, they replied to every single email and the delivery guys was also friendly. I recommend everyone to buy from them.

Absolutely terrible from Riley's / BCE. I bought a football table and it came all damaged and it has now been one month that I have been trying to return it but they say their courier doesn't do returns even though they delivered within 48 hours of ordering. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF THAT BLATANTLY LIED TO ME VIA EMAIL, WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!!!
