Always have lots of different good quality flavours to try. Speedy delivery in a sturdy boy. I do miss the old packaging though as we used them as shelf/storage for when they're here.

I really enjoy the taste of most of the different varieties. Also the flavoured ground coffee makes breakfast more of a treat.

This isn’t a review about the coffee, it’s great, it speaks for itself. This review is for the customer service!! I received my order, sadly one of the jars was broken and made a bit of a mess, I sent an email off asking what can be done (expecting a refund on the damaged item as most companies would do) not only did I get a replacement jar, I got two and a replacement for the damaged box within the delivery all at next day delivery. The reply was quick, no fuss, no issues, just amazing customer service! Will always order direct and with 20+ orders and this being the first booboo it’s definitely kept my faith with Beanies!!

Love this product, flavoured coffee with barely any calories. No sickly sweetness from the syrup left behind as you get from other flavourings. Raspberry and white chocolate is my favourite but great selection.

Just received yet another order of some of my favourites and at a great price plus free shipping they put out now and again. Only this time the packaging wasn’t as good as the rest I’ve had tbh I was shocked at the stated of the box but luckily the contents were intact

My order arrived smashed to pieces . I had to keep phoning to get a resolve on the issue. I was told they were all at a charity event so wernt answering emails then told the lady who deals with emails had been away that's why no one had got back to me . Phoned again and managed to get the issue solved . They re sent my order in decent packaging this time . I've ordered from them lots of times and they are usually great so hopefully a one off . The Double Choc Decaf is amazing .

The goods arrived quickly and we're well packaged. I received an email checking that everything had arrived safely which was a nice touch.

I have not tasted any of these as most were purchased as presents but I have had their coffee before and it is very tasty.

Unfortunately I did not receive my order. I had several messages/emails from Amazon to say that my order had been damaged and had been returned to sender. No contact from the company to say what was being done about it. Two emails later they answered to say part of what I ordered was now not in stock but they would send me the rest and give me a refund for the parts they now don’t have in stock. It makes me wonder if I hadn’t chased this up would they have just kept my money? Also last time I ordered about of a third of the bottles were smashed, nearly sliced a finger off trying to fish out the jars which were ok!!

Fantastic coffee, delighted they are delivering to ROI again 😀 unfortunately I has an issue with the delivery however I emailed customer service today and Anna responded immediately and swiftly rectified the situation so 5 Stars for customer service alone ... the coffee itself is always fab 👌
