One of the best for customer service!
We had an issue with the courier being unable to deliver the next morning. The gift was for a client who is only in the office on certain days, so when the courier didn't deliver, the team wouldn't have gotten their gift until the following week. The team at Bear's Brownies were amazing! Contacting the courier the same day to request a redelivery that afternoon, and when they couldn't, Bear's Brownies made a fresh batch the following week, so the client received them nice and fresh. And the client LOVED the brownies!

I discovered Bears about a year ago, and they never let me down. A dozen mixed brownies were a perfect surprise when I could not meet a friend for her birthday. Delicious flavours, wonderful quality, all delivered next day.

My honest opinion is that these are the best brownies I’ve ever had, however I would say the lemon one was a bit dry and could hardly taste the lemon , but was still enjoyable and would definitely recommend Bears Brownies!!

Gorgeous brownies
Gorgeous brownies. They were delivered to the wrong address and thankfully we managed to find them because they were delicious. We ordered the Dubai Chocolate flavour and couldn’t really taste the pistachio. However, we didn’t really care as the actual brownie was so good. Will definitely order again for a special occasion.
