This is my first order and looked on TrustPilot first before ordering.

Having already ordered, I checked out other reviews on Facebook - some were rather negative that had me worried. I posted on their page and emailed - Ben was in touch rather quickly and assured me that my order was being looked at. I had hoped that it was going to be quick but it took longer than anticipated (over a week - ordered on 11th May, received on 19th). However, as the price was much more competitive than other places, I couldn't really complain as the aim was more for the product to appear. The FB complainers were saying they never received the product but that wasn't the case for me - as someone who is in marketing, I would find it fair for people to amend their reviews as potential customers might be put off purchasing from Beauty Cow if FB was their first place to check - I will be updating my comments for BeautyCow on FB to let others know my Dermalogica product is with me. I would recommend Beauty Cow and first class communication from Ben - I did let him know that I was going to post a review on Friday should I still receive no product. Ben's communication made all the difference as what is customers don't like, well a customer like myself is "silence" when you are trying to investigate orders placed.

One star is taken off as Beauty Cow's link for an account doesn't work - it worked once, then didn't.
An email was sent to me saying an account had been set up for my ease with a link to activate- the next time I logged on having activated my email was not recognised despite working once.
It was definitely their site.

Despite this, I will order again as product arrived in a good state with samples. The experience could have been a complete turn off had Ben not responded.

Update: Second Order

Ordered once before and was slightly worried as order was slower than normal - contacted Beauty Cow and they communicated quickly. This is my second order in less than two months. I love their Dermalogica range and the pricing is exceptional - £33 - I was in the USA and thought it would be cheaper but at $55, it works out more expensive and the same as John Lewis. The second order came very quickly. Would definitely recommend

Order arrived so quickly that I struggled to work out what the package was! As described and in good condition on arrival.

The product I ordered arrived 3 days earlier than stated. Well done beauty cow. They also provided some free samples, how ever other sites usually allow you to choose which samples you would like. Beauty cow sent 5 samples only 2 of which are of any use to me.

I have used this company before with out any issue - they are always reasonably priced.
This time around around I have had the misfortune of trying to contact the company as an order place 17 days previously had still not been shipped.
That's where the problem begins - over 6 days I have left 4 messages on there messaging system - 2 emails - 2 voice mails - simply asking for an eta - no one ever gets back to you .
I would warn people that if any thing goes wrong you will never be able to contact them !

Ordered a dermalogica primer. Really competively priced and no additional charge for postage. My order arrived much quicker than expected and included lots of lovely samples. Will definitely order from Beautycow again

I managed to order and pay for the wrong product online (completely my mistake), contacted BeautyCow at the end of their day and they still managed to get the correct product out to me on the same day! Very friendly and good price - will definitely use again!

I've been looking for the Dermologica smoothing cream for a while but found it very expensive. Beauty cow have it on for a great price and the delivery was nice and quick! I'm loving the cream and can't wait to see the results. I was a bit worried when I initially ordered but I'm so relieved when I got my product nice n quick. Will be having a look on the site to see what else I can find! P.s. I just would have liked to get more instructions with the cream.
