My mistake was I put in address wrong, but I tried to notify them! Called & emailed 2 times. I called again at the store & they gave me person who handles emails. Oh she just responded, she said. Never received my purchase, plus I replied to her email & never received a reply back. Still waiting for purchase 1 month later;(

Have been a customer for years and have never been disappointed with the quality or service provided by Bedhead.

Excellent response to UPS shipping problem

I adore the cotton sateen pajamas because the dyes are so long lasting and the fabric is thick and soft. The designs are delightful, even sometimes elegant.

Fabulous material, soft, stretchy, and cotton! Wonderful weight for cooler season without being a flannel.

In November I ordered two pair of pyjamas for my kids for Christmas. 10 days before Christmas I received an email one pair was not coming. It is December 27th and the other has still not arrived. I will never order from this company again and I have ordered my kids Christmas pajamas from them for four years in a row. Extremely unhappy

Holy crap the customer service is beyond amazing. Please shop here you will not regret it. They will do everything they can to make sure you are 100% happy with the order. I’m so blow away.

I normally wear a medium but the flannel pjs run big so I order a small in flannel. Medium in everything else. The sewing is top notch.

BedHead Pajamas are the best in the world. Your website, however, looks like it's been designed by a first grader. There are no close-ups of the fabrics or different views of the pajamas. Or different sized models used to show how the different sizes fit.

Also a 30 day return policy is inadequate. A brand of your caliber should be 60 days at least. Additionally, a "final sale" pajama at $100 is still quite expensive and should be returnable if it doesn't fit. Its about building trust in your brand and happy, loyal customers.

I ordered these rather expensive pajamas for my husband. He loved them! They were really comfortable and beautiful bright color. He it is a month later and the color is fading, they are faded, and the pocket has started to come off. They were laundered according to the label. I am disappointed that such an expensive product has such a short shelf life!
However, I did email the company and got a reply within hours! They say that this isn't typical and will help us to replace the pajamas.

I placed an online order on Nov. 30. It is now Dec. 18 and I have not received the order. I emailed customer service last week and received no response. I emailed again today. I left a voicemail message with no response. The customer service number goes to voicemail at every attempt. There seems to be no way to actually contact a responsible person.

Love the quality of the pajamas. They are so soft and wash very well.

I was so happy to find PJs made in the USA. I placed my first order on 11/30 for a pair of Tour de France (I am an avid road cyclist) henley PJs in XL. I checked the size chart and, as a solid size 14/16 in all brands, I was certain the XL was the right size. I waited patiently for the arrival of my package on 12/11 only to be overly disappointed that the XL is not at all the correct size. I had my daughter, who is a size 6, try them on and they were almost perfect for her. That is sad. I understood that the PJs were not eligible for return as they were a sale item. I emailed customer service on 12/12 to inquire about an exchange as I am still interested in becoming a regular customer. It is now 4 days later and I have had no reply from customer service. By price alone BedHeads should be considered a premium company. However, given the 2 week wait for delivery on poorly sized clothes and their complete unresponsiveness to my inquiry, I consider the company to be unworthy of my business and they should be ashamed to reference the USA.

On the website I choose three different PJs and added them to my cart. I then deleted one. I received two sets of PJs but one of them was the one that I deleted. I’m a little disappointed I didn’t get my animal print but there still great PJs.
Last year I ordered one set of PJs and it showed up twice. I try to return the second one but couldn’t reach anyone.

Over many years I have bought night shirts in a hard to find material:Voile. I like to sleep cool all year and only voile does it for me and only Bedhead regularly carries sleepwear in this material. Light as a feather and yet covers comfortably even in winter when it's cold and in summer with air conditioning. And even though light wears well for years.

The prints are glorious..bright and original. You have to see Bedhead nightwear and feel the voile fabric to understand but sleep in them!!! and you'll be sold.

Staff is helpful related to size and even helps find sale items. Delivery is efficient. You can even talk to a person at Bedhead. I highly recommend using this company and their products.
