We lost £20k when a company we used went bust -I found found out when I visited the factory as the phone stopped working- 2 months later we received a letter from BTG - after 5 phone calls and 3 emails no response to our questions at all - just leave a message etc - 4 months later I emailed again for progress to our claim to hear that we were getting nothing - appalling service with no consideration of our circumstances and emotions.

A superb fund-raising event in Edinburgh, hosted by the exceptional team from BTG including Thomas McKay, Kelly Jones and Ken Patullo. As well as a thoroughly enjoyable event, it was clear that the knowledge and expertise of the team was at a market-leading level.

Enjoyed a great afternoon of warm hospitality with BTG in Newcastle on Friday for their Gold Cup Get Together. Thank you to Broadchare Partners for the invitation. Great to meet more of the BTG and BTG Eddisons team too.
