The fitter broke one of the divan…
The fitter broke one of the divan drawers whilst installing the bed , whilst I realise accidents happen , the issue was I had was no response from Bensons explaining when the problem would be rectified and I had to message them .They did respond but the replacement drawer will be delivered nearly 4 weeks after the initial delivery , which in my opinion is too long

The whole experience was great. As soon as we arrived we told Tracy what we were looking for. She put us on the sleep PRO. Which was very good. It selected a list of beds to try. First one we did we bought.

Sci-fi mattress matcher wasn't a gimic.
As someone who gets overwhelmed by choice, I'm grateful to have tried the futuristic mattress matching service. It really made it easier for me.
The staff were helpful and at no point did I feel pressured into buying on the day.

It's worth every penny.
I have severe spinal problems so i needed a good firm bed. £3000 for a bed seems astronomical but it really isn't. If a mattress lasts 10 years it's only costing £25 per month. Less than £1 a day. I also have insomnia so spend a lot of time awake. So it's better to be comfortable while waiting for sleep to come. My mattress has a 10 year guarantee. What more could i want.

Damaged head board
When we opened the head board we found a rip on one side, the driver assured us that he would get a replacement ordered rather than us contacting the store or customer services, we since found that advice to be false information
