Damage caused
The store sales lady was lovely and helpful. No problem from that experience but on day of delivery the delivery drivers lost control of my mattress coming down the stairs and smashed into my glass display cabinet which had years of Royal Doulton and crystal, I know accident happen and they very apologetic but called the customer services and they had the insult to offer £100 compensation!!! They also ruined the plug socket was smashed to pieces. I will be taking this further. The moral of the story is the stores staff and also delivery drivers were lovely, the customer service is without terrible!!!!

Superb customer service, product knowledge, patient, accommodating and listened to my needs. Didn't try to sell me products I didn't need as I was buying on a budget.
