Excellent Service from start to delivery
Young man who served us was knowledgeable and courteous not pushy just ready to help and advise when we needed which we liked. Benson's kept us informed of the delivery and any useful information regarding the bed and mattress we had chosen. The delivery was on time and very pleasant personal who put it all together in a short time. All in all a very good service from start to finish.

Cribbs Causeway branch - A real pleasure
Really chuffed at the totally friendly, knowledgeable and professional service we received. We visited the branch in Cribbs Causeway, Bristol and we met David and Julie who were so great to deal with, answered all our questions and were able to match us up with our choice of mattress and divan base. Can't speak highly enough about the service. We chose Bensons over the other main supplier in our area initially (begins with a D) because if you have a query you can speak to the store, rather than get stuck in a queue to a call centre. Our way of doing business every time. Choose Bensons - I don't think you will be disappointed!
