Bensons for satisfaction
The young man that met me at the door (Kyle) was pleasant and welcomed me. He went to lengths to help me decide the bed and mattress we were looking for. Upon our decision he arranged everything for me and we left the store extremely satisfied. The bed arrived on time and and the two lads were more than helpful. Thank you Benson employees.

Brought bedroom furniture with free…
Brought bedroom furniture with free assembly . Have an issue moved furniture to clean and decorate and now its uneven hence needs leveling. Issue here is apparently the insurance on it won't level it until we fix it to the wall. Confused as to why when built this wasn't advised or even when sold . Furniture isn't worth the money for sure and the insurance they sell you may aswell pick up a drain cover and throw your money down it . Would waste your money on buying from them

I would always use Bensons.
We were looking for furniture for our first home and Maxine was incredibly helpful. She helped us figure out what was best for us and was extremely supporting and approachable. Maxine was very knowledgeable about the products and helped us to ensure we had the best deals. If I was to buy again, I would always use Bensons.

Great service, purchase and value for money
Purchased very comfortable super king-size double mattress, stylish bed frame and divan base with draws. Service was excellent, very knowledgeable with humour and Karen made sure we got value for money. As we picked up the goods we needed assistance with moving/loading and on this aspect the store went over and above which was very much appreciated. Great service and purchase all round 👍
