We were served by Steve at the Bury St Edmunds branch. This guy had many years experience in the business and this showed in his approach and knowledge of which bed suited us best. We enjoyed the shopping experience and first class service.

Damaged parts and couldn’t get help
The screw for one of the grommets was broken in half, the grommets were also broken. The felt on the back of the headboard was severely ripped. I went into the bury store but they said the bed was a new range and they had no parts. He told me to ring customer service, gave up after being on hold for an hour. Couldn’t put the headboard on without the gromets/screws. Had to buy my own today to be able to finish putting the bed together.

The bed was good and delivery was fine
The bed was good and delivery was fine. We were told when we ordered our bed that we would get a mattress protector with the order. We did not receive this. When I phoned the shop in Bury st Edmunds enquiring about this I spoke to the rudest man I have ever spoken to, who had no manners at all. We were going to get another bed from your company but after this conversation we will never use you again.

the 2 guys delivering the bed were courteous friendly and very professional, they were quick and efficient making the whole delivery experience stress free, also the sales staff at the shop in bury st Edmunds were courteous and very helpful and informative, they didn't hassle us at all, overall a lovely experience from start to finish

Great service
Great service. Kept up dated up until bed was delivered. Delivered and assembled by Andrew and Stephen who were very polite and once finished you wouldn’t even know they had been in the house apart from we now had a new bed! Store sales very helpful as well. Can fault anything.

Great customer focus
Great customer focus. From the ordering experience in shop to delivery, the communications were clear and followed through. Delivery updates were consistent and the actual delivery day couldn't be better with tracking of your delivery slot and a phone call 30 minutes before arrival. Delivery team were friendly and helpful. Definitely a 5 star service.

Worth visiting for advice
Phill, listen to what I required from a mattress. He gave me 2 clear choices of brands, that would suit my needs. He gave me all the choices of payment. I liked that he did not try to hard sell. He said he can match price also. Gave me a good delivery time scale.
