Family used bensons in past been brilliant (burnley branch) which has been closed down so went to the bury branch the advisor said she would look after me after checking the history of orders, ending up spending over 3.4k finding out could get it cheaper online also needed the order by first week of may was told order was going to be delivered in 14 days then found out a day after it was always on delay till 14 july was not happy at all wasted 2 days on calls to get this sorted out ended up cancelling the order what a load of time waste would not recommend

We went to look at renewing our bed. There were atleast 50 to choose from in the store. The sales man was very helpful and gave us plenty of information about every thing. Painless experience. Thanks

Yasmin was wonderful. I told her I need a mattress that came rolled. Straight away she showed me what they had. Supplied me with a pillow to have a good lie one the mattress they had. The 1st one I tried was the one. Yasmin was very efficient. Said they had one in stock which saved delivery free so I bought a pillow with what I'd saved on delivery

Total disaster of communication, delivery 🚚 . Ordered mattress, base , headboard on 27/10/2024 . Was promised by store staff this would be delivered on the 10/12/2024, the delivery date was confirmed via email too. A few hours before scheduled delivery received a phone call that only by the mattress will not be delivered . For common sense reason I refused to accept delivery unless the mattress arrives too. The delivery order was rescheduled on three separate occasions! With only a few hours notice that the mattress would not be delivered . BensonsForBeds did not care that I suffered lost of earnings because on three occasions had to rearrange work commitment , collecting child from school. Finally my order arrived on Thursday 23/01/2025 . Mark and Brendon, great staff members , very helpful, polite. They both were the most positive aspect of this horrible experience. Three of us noticed that headboard worth more than £470 was soaked, damaged and also two pillows were soaked and dirty . Because allegedly I received pillows for free while buying the mattress , I accepted to take pillows ( please see the attached photos) but I refused to accept soaked, damaged headboard. Mark and Brendon supported my decision and they took it back reassuring me that BensonsForBeds would issue me new headboard and install it . That means I am awaiting now another visit and more likely rescheduling the visit base on my previous experience.

I have to also mention of very supportive and helpful staff from Bury store, especially store manager Glen who on number of occasions was helping me contacting customer service and explaining rational reasons why I had been feeling frustrated. Thank you Glen and all your staff members. This was not your fault.

Purchase was seamless. I had looked online and knew what I wanted but needed to check the colour and ask a few questions so I popped into the Bury store. Tracy Dempsey helped me with the order and she was truly wonderful. She also connected me with a fitter called Nick. The bed was delivered on time and the guys took the massive boxes into the room of choice with Nick arriving not much later. Every bit of the service felt exemplary and I know I shouldn’t be surprised but I am! It was perfect.

Lots of stock to try out. Good guidance and advice from Glenn - he listened, advised and gave space and time to make a decision. No pushy salesmanship - most welcomedly. Left feeling very happy with choice and service. Big thumbs up.
