Darrell was friendly and very knowledgeable. He took us through all our options, regarding bed bases and headboards. He showed us the various mattresses, having first asked us how we preferred to sleep (back/front or side), allowing us to lay on them, so we could make an informed decision as to which would suit us best.
Altogether, a great experience and we are very pleased with our purchase.

We were helped by a very knowledgeable young lady who listened to what we wanted, showed us several mattresses, encouraged us to try them. We finally decided on a Staples mattress.
