The staff in store were very welcoming, knowledgeable and patient while I tested lots of different beds and took my time making a decision!

We made 2 trips to the store first to check out the mattresses then when we had made up our minds to purchase we went back and chose an ottoman bed on both occasions the store Manager Shaun was extremely helpful, he made the process a pleasant experience and gave us plenty of time to look. Bed being delivered tomorrow so unable to comment of delivery.

On time very informative excellent very good customer service

The people who delivered were very efficient and did a good job.
The downside is we had a call early about 6.20am to say that they would be with us in 30mins.
We had just showered and needed to dismantle our bed and carry everything downstairs. As we are pensioners this was very stressful.
The driver explained that our job had been added to the list that morning so they couldn't let us know earlier.

The salesman in the store (Sean) was great and really patient. We ordered 2 single beds which we push together as a double as my husband has restless legs.
We only got one lot of headboard setting up put through for us so the delivery guys were going to make us assemble the remaining headboard. We spent over £5,000 on these beds so pushed back and the delivery men put it together for us. Beds are very comfortable and look great. We are very happy with them. Thankyou Bensons for Beds!

Our sales advisor Sean, the store manager, was fantastic - helpful, with great product knowledge, not at all pushy - and patient and kind with our two young children! We were making a significant investment (£3,300+) in a bespoke product for our specific needs - which we were very concerned about getting right - but within minutes Sean put our minds at rest with great advice, fantastic knowledge on product options, giving us time to wander and try all the different beds with absolutely no pressure, helpful suggestions on what may suit us better and flexibility on what offers worked best financially. We knew we would be buying on that visit and wouldn't need to visit another retailer. Five star rating from us for Sean and his team and we would recommend Bensons for Beds to anyone. Oh - and he makes great coffee! We can't wait for our new bed to arrive. Thank you Sean - the whole experience was an absolute pleasure! 🙂

5 * service, 5* products. From the moment we entered the shop we felt at ease. We weren’t rushed by the salesman and given time to look around to see what we needed. When we needed assistance they were readily available. Professional, knowledgeable and friendly and we even returned back to buy further products.

I took my friend, who has a learning disability, for a new mattress. Darrell was very informative, he explained everything to us. I'm glad we didn't pick the first one he tried! My fiend loves his new mattress and is very pleased with it.

From step one of walking into the showroom I was at ease. I don't like to be pestered or chased and the sales people were attentive but respectful.
All the assistance when requested was justified, knowledgeable and well presented to my understanding. Even more complex questions were answered quickly and confidently.
The purchase end to end was great with finance sorted and easily navigate.
The delivery was great, well organised, and the guys were super helpful when considering my less than optimal stair case.

The staff who dropped the bed off were so friendly and efficient and made the whole experience seamless. They communicated each step really well so we knew what they were doing and how long everything would take and had swapped the new bed in in no time. Very happy with quality of the bed and mattress.
