The manager (Mo) at the Colindale branch was very helpful. Listened to my needs, showed me which bases and mattresses would be suitable. Told me to try the mattresses I was interested in, then made me lie on the test mattress to see which would be the best one. As a result of his Customer Service, I purchased an Ottoman divan base and mattress. The amount I paid was much cheaper,then say say had I bought from Dreams which was opposite this store

Very helpful staff who took time to explain the differences between mattresses etc.

I had two telephone conversations with Assistant Manager of this shop. He was much more helpful than people from other firms I had spoken to. When we arrived at shop another person took us straight to relevant area. Paperwork didn't take long and everything felt very easy.

Went to the Colindale store and got served by Mo received excellent customer service from him. He was polite, informative and patiently answered all my questions. He also managed to give me a very good deal on a mattress and accessories. I would definitely go back this store to purchase further mattresses. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic customer service. My experience at Colindale Retail Park was brilliant. Krishnam was very knowledgeable about different types of mattresses. I am delighted to have such a lovely shop in my neighborhood.

Visited the Colindale store on 2 occasions to buy a bed and mattress and David and Mo were super lovely and helpful, spent a great deal of time with us to make sure we were informed and happy and not rushed. Not like a usual retail store where you can sometimes feel pressured to buy on the day so they can reach targets and commissions. Would recommend to visit this particular branch.
