The manager of the store welcomed us when we entered the store and then at our request left us to have a look around and said to let him know if we wanted any help after looking around and finding a bed and mattress we were interested in we found Andy very helpful and knowledgeable about the product the store had a good range to choose from and were well displayed

TERRY WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND PUT DIFFERENT PILLOWS ON BEDS FOR ME TO TRY.I CAN ONLY GET ON BEDS ON ONE SIDE SO HE KINDLY PULLED SOFAS OUT SO I COULD TRY OUT THE BEDS
HE WASNT AT ALL PUSHY AND STRESSED THE BED HAD TO BE RIGHT FOR ME.I EVEN BOUGHT 2 PILLOWS.LETS HOPE THE DELIVERY IS AS SMOOTH AS THE PURCHASE.THANK YOU TERRY AND THE OTHER GENTLEMAN WHOS NAME ESCAPES ME.
