I was not going to go back to Benson's after previously visiting 2 stores and in both stores staff were either talking among themselves or head down reading their mobile phone, the stores were not busy, infact we were only customers in the store at the time, not a good customer experience. My last purchase of a bed from Benson's was 5 years ago and I can still remember how helpful and friendly the staff member was.
I decided to give Benson's another go and upon entering the store I was acknowledged by both staff members and offered help. Katie was very helpful and knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted, no pressure was put on me to buy, I did not feel rushed. I therefore made a purchase. Thank you Katie and Sharon for making this shopping experience a good one.
